Happy birthday to one of my inspirations, River Jude Phoenix. He had such a great outlook on life. He became a vegetarian because of the way manufacturers treat animals used for meat. He bought a forest, so they couldn't tear it down to make a McDonald's.
He was a amazing actor, activist, and overall person.
"Keep thinking beautiful, your thoughts change the world." "In simplicity, there is truth." "Can't we all agree that we're just flesh and blood? That's it."
He knew exactly what he wanted to do, and where he was going. Another one of his famous quotes was about his death:
"I don't want to die in a car accident. When I die it'll be a glorious day. I'll probably be a waterfall."
Sadly that's not how it happened. It is saddening to know he's gone. But now he's with other angels, amongst heaven.
God got another angel back.
"We're all worth it man. We're all worth millions of planets and stars and galaxies and universes."
He was right, we're all worth it, he was worth it.
