Missing Piece of Mine

Chapter 30

(Raffie's POV)

Days passed by, things is getting worser and harder. Adrian keep hangging out with me all the time and Jessie hates me for doing so and Lance is getting colder everyday. Things isn't how it's used to be. Nawawala na ako sa focus. I can't stop thinking of them. Nakalipas narin ang Midterm but still no progress. Lance keep avoiding me na parang hindi nya ako kilala.

Habang naglelecture sa klase yung professor namin hindi ko maiwasang hwag mapatingin sakanya. He keeps on writing and writing on his notebook wala namang pinapasulat or kayang itake note.   Ilang sandali biglang tumunog ang bell for Break time agad kong niligpit ang gamit ko para sana makausap si Lance kaso hindi ko na sya nahabol.  Bigka nalang sya nawala. Bumalik ako sa loob ng classroom at sa sobrang inis ko, nasipa ko yung desk nya at sa hindi sinasadya, nahulog yung mga gamit nya.  Inayos ko ang mesa nya tapos may isang notebook na nakuha ang atensyon ko. Isang lumang makapal na notebook.

Alam kong mali but theres something whispering inside me na nagsasabing dapat kong buksan to, So I did at binasa to.

Dad,
I met an annoying girl long time ago but she keep on troubling me. I m thinking that it's just a coincidence but Days passed by I think it's Fate.

Dad,
It took me so long to write my feelings on this notebook that you left because I don't even know what to write. I hope you could read this somehow.

Dad,
This girl that I met. She keeps bothering me kahit wala naman syang ginagawa. Im starting to get angry kapag may kasama syang iba.

Dad,
I don't know what's happening to me, I always stay until midnight in front of her house waiting for nothing and expect for nothing.

Dad,
She's Happy with someone else, should I be happy for them also?

Dad,
Tonight at our Christmas ball, she was my date, I am so happy about it, eventhough she's looking for someone else.

Dad,
I met her family last night and we even celebrated the Christmas together, i will never forget that night because that Night I stole a kiss to her. I know its not right but I still did.

Dad,
Raffie is hurt, anong dapat kong gawin? How to console her heart?

Habang binabasa ang mga nakasulat, my heart keeps pounding so fast lalo na't malaman kong ako pala ang tinutukoy dito. Umupo ako sa malapit na upuan at nagpatuloy sa pagbabasa and remembering the things that he has done for me.

Dad,
I feel like I'm using Adrian as an excuse to get near to her, but I can't ignore her, help me please.

Dad,
I decided to keep my distance to her to keep her on my side, but it's so hard and I can't bear it. I kept glancing at her everyday hoping that she can also look at me.

Dad,
I almost died, but I won't regret it if It was her Life I was saving for. Its worth it.

Dad,
Adrian is back, is it game over for me already? Should I give up? Or maybe I have to give up?

Sumikip ang diddib ko na parang hindi na ako makahinga, napatulo ang luha ko afterall.

"Castillo okay ka lang?" Tanong ni Maureen sakin but I ignore her.  Di nagtagal bumalik si Lance at galit na galit sya ng makitang hawak ko ang diary niya. Agad syang lumapit sakin at inagaw to.

"Bat mo ba pinapaki-alaman ang gamit ko!" galit na galit nyang sabi.

"Lance ano yan?" tanong ko sakanya pero hindi sya nagsalita instead he put all of his things inside his bag and seemed like he's leaving.

"Lance ano yan sabi!" tanong ko ulit sakanya, expecting him to explain lahat ng nakasulat sa notebook na yun.

"You don't need to know" sabi nya at umalis pero hinabol ko parin sya hanggang sa hallway.

"Kausapin mo nga ako!" pagpupumulit ko sakanya bago pa sya tumigil.

"PUTCHA NAMAN RAFFIE! Binasa mo na diba? Hindi pa ba malinaw sayo?" He said confronting me kaya natigilan ako.

"Gusto ko lang naman linawin lahat ng nabasa ko, mahirap ba yun?" sagot ko sakanya.

"I LOVED YOU Raff! I had loved you!" He and my heart skipped a bit hearing those words from him.

"May magbabago ba? Even if I tell you now or then, nothings going to change Raff, I was here but you're looking after him, Now that Adrian's back. Here you go again wagging your tail in front of him na parang wala alang nangyari!" He said and I just suddenly slapped him.

"HWAG MO SYANG BABANGGITIN DITO DAHIL HINDI SYA KASALI DITO!" I shouted at him.

"NO RAFFIE! Kasali sya, Sya ang puno't dulo ng lahat ng ito. He already give you up once! And I stayed beside you, kahit alam kong mali, kahit nagmumukha na akong tanga, I also tried hard to keep my distance from you, but it's hard knowing that it was only  Adrian who has your heart." Paliwanag nya and my tears are starting pour again. 

"I was also thinking if It was me who met you first, will you love me?" He added before he left and I found  myself shaking. Nanginginig ang mga tuhod ko that I can't even manage to stand.

(Jessie's POV)

Ang gulo naman ni Raffie, sana sinabi nya nalang kung ano ba talaga gusto nyang ipabili sakin. Ang hirap mamili ng snacks para sakanya. Pinabili nya kasi ako ng meryenda.

I decided na ham & cheese nalang bibilhin ko sakanya at agad na bumalik sa classroom pero mukhang. Nagkakagulo ata ah?  Nakita ko Catherine kaya tinanong ko nalang.

"Cath, anong meron? Nagkakagulo ata?" tanong ko sakanya.

"Si Raffie at si Prince nagaaway ata. Ayun inaawat ni Maureen, sa hallway ata" paliwang nya kaya agad kong hinanap si Raffie at Si Lance. Ano na naman kaya ang pinagtatalunan nilang dalawa ngayon?

Nakita ko sila sa Hallway na pinagkakaguluhan kaya agad akong lumapit but Raffie suddenly slapped Lance.

"HWAG MO NGA ISALI SI ADRIAN DITO!" She shouted at him.

"NO RAFFIE! Kasali sya, Sya ang puno't dulo ng lahat ng ito. He already give you up once! And I stayed beside youkahit alam kong mali, kahit nagmumukha na akong tanga, I also tried hard to keep my distance from you, but it's hard knowing that it was only Adrian who has your heart." . I was also thinking if It was me who met you first, will you love me?" Lance told her before he finally left and Raffie suddenly broke down crying. Kaya nilapitan ko sya to console her pati ako hindi ko maiwasang maiyak narin.  Ngayong ko lang sya nakitang ganito. Hindi naman sya ganito kay Adrian. Lance confession cause a sudden chaos at the school.
