Class had gone by shorter than usual. Most likely due to the rainfall in the city and the students wanting to leave early before it got worse. A few had umbrellas while others simply ran out into the rain for home after school. Wearing hoodies are easier but considering your boyfriend's hair, that was a hassle in itself to put on. Much to his dismay and to your amusement. But of course, you would never tell him that aloud.

''Seeing as how you're having trouble with that, here.'' trying to keep your laughing to a minimum, you hand him a umbrella. ''I had a feeling you'd be fighting with that thing all throughout class so...'' you shrug lightly taking note of any facial expression he might have.

''You noticed?'' you couldn't help but hugging him. He's too cute all embarrassed!

''Of course I did. I wouldn't be a good lover if I didn't.'' a silken purr leaves him making you shiver. Damn him.

Oh, right. Today's the last day to celebrate your final hours of sunlight. And being a virgin.

The walk home was quiet other than the rain and cars passing by. But you've seen the staring. The subtle switching of eye color and those formerly creepy fangs that would replace his teeth sometimes. Holy crap, were you becoming curious about that? Ugh! Damn this mating season fiasco!

''Dang it. I forgot my notebook. Wait here.'' you scurry off back toward the school grounds and came back but unfortunately, since you forgot to take your umbrella with you this morning and gave him your spare, yeah. Stupid wet uniform jacket feeling all heavy and soaked. The worse kind of feeling to have.

Oh, and your hair's soaked to your skull now too. Great.

''Alright! I'm back. Phew, stupid stairs. I forgot it in my second period...class.'' you suddenly shivered. It wasn't from the cold. ''H-Hey, what's with the eyes changing--'' silvered colored clawed fingers wound around your wrist practically dragging you into a nearby alley way, pressing you against the wall making you hiss. ''Seriously! You really need to control that-'' the feral aura made you shut up real quick.

''It is almost sundown. Once we're home, prepare yourself. I will not say this again.'' swallowing the lump in your throat, you give a quick jerky nod before that aura receded back into himself again, eyes changing back into violet.

Perhaps going on that field trip was a bad idea...?
