Chapter 36 Ending and Epilogue: Starting Anew

Sunlight shone through your f/c curtains and sadly, waking you and him up. Even with the aching joints, no thanks to him, and being sensitive, once again, no thanks to him, you shuffle your way towards the bathroom with a zombie like Atem in tow. It didn't take long for the water to warm, considering your parents were still asleep. Good thing they didn't complain about the noises or the bright light that came from your room last night. Oh, your mother would kill Atem and put you in a all girls school for the rest of the remaining semester.

She's scary like that sometimes.

Luckily for you, they had a night out and had a bit too much to drink so they'd most likely be knocked out for the rest of the day until you both came home from school. No longer did you take along your drawing pad or deck along with you to homeroom, except when Atem wanted to duel which was surprising. What was even more shocking was that he was exceptionally good at it. Every Friday after school on the school roof before heading home was a good way to pass the remaining hours of sunset.

Vanin had recently enrolled and already had a girlfriend. Though at first, he seriously considered turning into a homosexual due to her being such a shrew and with his anger problems, that wouldn't had turned out well but with patience on his end, and convincing that it was just a front from you, mainly to hide her feelings about him, they amazingly had became the school's main hot headed couple.

No surprise there.

''C'mon honey! Push!'' A strangled scream followed by the sound of a infant crying filled the small hospital birthing room. A boy and a girl. Two adorable, beautiful healthy children. And the father couldn't be ever the more happier. Gently holding the now sleeping little duo in your arms, tired but happy, your E/C eyes look over towards your husband. ''Any names?'' deep violet eyes fondly look down at his little son's head. ''I was thinking Heba.'' ''Heba? Interesting.'' Coming over to your bedside, placing a light kiss upon the side of your head. ''And his sister?'' ''I'll leave that to you.'' You playfully roll your eyes. ''Sure.''

''Aria...'' you plant a tiny kiss upon the little girl's nose, smiling gently. ''A perfect name.''
