Bella's POV
I walked into my new middle school. 6th grade. My first year of middle school.
The first bell rang and I waved to Derek as I rushed off to my first period class- English with Ms. Lankston.
I walked in through the door and day down at an empty seat next to a girl named Paige.
"Hi!" She whispered, as a small woman entered the classroom.
"Hello welcome to English! I am Ms. Lankston! "She handed us each a paper that said, "About Me"
I wrote my name on the top when mom text me. I looked down at my phone and thought, why now?
"Meet me in the office! Important!" The text said.
I turned off my phone and raised my hand.
"Ms. Lankston? I'm sorry to leave so early but my mom needs me urgently" I said.
Ms. Lankston nodded. "Go ahead sweetie. "
I grabbed my backpack and rushed to the office.
I walked through the door. There stood mom. Next to her was another lady.
"Hi Katie!" I said hugging the other lady. That was Derek's mom.
Mom pulled me away. "Honey?" She said, "Katie is your real mother."
I gasped and fell backwards.
