Chapter 1-If Married

Claire's POV

"Mommy wake up, wake up!" I looked around and there sitting on my prosthetic legs was little 5 year old Bella. "Oh Bella not now!" I screamed. I was so tired!

"Please mommy, I'm so hungry!" I glanced at the clock. It was 6:45 a.m. "Caleb honey!" I screamed and Caleb looked up tiredly.

"What is it Claire?" he asked and I pointed at Bella. "Bella needs some food." I replied. Caleb groaned and got out of bed.

He threw on a Tshirt and walked downstairs holding Bella's hand. I had always wondered what it would be like to have a family as a kid. When I was a kid, I had no legs so I has no idea what it would be like to have a husband... Until I had my first kiss.

My first kiss was with Caleb and it was magical. I was in the 7th grade, and Caleb changed my life forever.

We went to the same high school, and college and were like best friends forever. I got prosthetic legs when I was 16 and ever since, I was treated fine by my classmates and everyone else.

Caleb and I got married when we were both 24 after we got out of college. I had little Bella when I was 26 so now Caleb and I are 31.

Bella is now 5. Caleb went to medical school, and I went to fashion design school. Now, we just have a normal life.

I'm pregnant with another kid, and he's due in 2 months. That's my life so far.

I walked downstairs and kissed Caleb. "Thank you for getting Bella food," I said and Caleb replied, "no problemo"

Bella was sucking on an orange juice Popsicle and stuffing her face with French toast.

So far, I love my life.
