“You are such a sarcastic princess.” He said, taking a sit beside me. Princess, ha! The most sarcastic person on the planet has been entitled as a princess.
“A sarcastic ghost if you tell me.” I sighed before lying on the grass. “About that...” he looked at me but I turned around. “He wasn’t trying to hurt you.” He continued.
I raised my hand in attempt to shut him up, “It’s enough.” I said.
But being John, he ignored my action. “It’s just he has been always scared about wolves without... their wolf, it that makes sense.” He said.
“He had a rough past about it, just let it pass.” He continued. I looked at him with a frown.
“Put yourself in my shoes before opening you mouth.” Every word dripping with poison. He looked at me hurt, Good.
“I was trying to help.”
“If you were trying to make me feel worse about it then you don’t need any good luck, you’re doing a great job at it.” I rolled my eyes, sarcasm obvious in my tone.
He glared at me, for real this time. “You can’t understand.”
“Oh, great, you’re making a big deal about it. You know if someone treats you like dirt, will you let it pass? I mean, he didn’t even say he was sorry.”
“Don’t judge him.” He said, “Like I told you, he have a rough past.”
Don’t shout
Don’t shout
Okay that’s very useless, my nerves are cracking.
“He does?” My anger evident in my tone.
“DIDN’T I TELL YOU TO PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES?” I snapped. I was now standing, hovering over his figure.
“You know nothing about how I freaking feel! Don’t assume that we’re close, you keep on talking to me like you know everything!”
“Well, you’re making it clear to me about who you are.” He glared at me.
He didn’t just crossed that line. If someone could see me now, they’d be seeing a red faced smoking girl, like she was fresh from the oven.
I tried to soften my tone, “And you’re telling me not to judge.” Though the irritation was still present.
“I was misjudged for my whole life John. I was blamed for my sister’s death. My mate replaced me, I left the pack after their baby was born. I locked myself in because I was beaten the hell out. I survived for one year without nothing but insults. I was a skeleton John, I needed 3 liters of blood, and heck even more just to survive, If you would ask me about my parents, they’re gone. Everyone I EVER loved was gone. KILLED.” I emphasized the last word.
He just stood there like I haven’t even said anything. “He’d gone worse.” He told me.
“Oh, he did then, well, I’m thinking you should just shut your mouth up because every person have their own level of strength. And to think that you haven’t encountered anything makes me think you’re weak and pathetic.” With that he tried to grab my neck but I was faster than him. I pushed him on the tree, my hands closing in his neck with so much force his face drained within a minute.
“Don’t you dare.” I said when he tried to do something to me. I squeezed his neck more, his eyes started to close so I tried to loosen my hold.
I whispered in his ear. “Don’t ever think about saying those things to me again. Because…” I said, looking at his eyes that was starting open.
