Danger

Luke's POV

Ivy left and I couldn't help but watch her walk away. Someone coughing behind me brought me back from my daydream I turned and my hands felt sweaty as my eyes fell on the person stood in front of me.

I swallowed hard before speaking

"Max" I said "Luke, dude don't look so scared of me" Max said holding his palms up laughing slightly but I didn't join in "What do you want? Are they here too?" I asked looking around nervously "No, Luke. I wouldn't do that I just came to warn you" He said shuffling on his feet awkwardly

"Warn me? About what?" I asked stepping towards him "Your girl, Ivy right?" As soon as he mentioned her name I was ready for what was to come I gulped and just nodded waiting for him to continue "She needs to watch her back, you need to watch her back" "Why?" I asked quickly "Jack, he's got way paranoid lately. He thinks everyone's against him since Zach went to prison-" "Zach's in prison?" I cut him off "Yeah it was John, Ivy's brother. He's after Ivy to try and get to John after what he did to Zach" "How can I believe you? I don't trust you, Max" I told him shaking my head knowing exactly the tactics Jack would try to bring me to him "I swear, Luke I'm telling you the truth. I know what happened a couple weeks ago but I didn't hit you, I always thought of you as my friend. I still remember that first night and you walked me home do you remember?" I nodded "Yeah of course I remember. Where are Troy and Jack now?" "Looking for her where is she?" "She just left" I told him before I thought quickly I needed to go and check on her just so I could be sure that she was okay so I left Max there and ran out of the park.

Michael's POV

"I can't believe you haven't told her yet" Calum yelled slightly "I have" I mumbled "But not properly, she has no idea if you were being serious or not. You need to talk to her" He said slapping my shoulder lightly "But I'm talking to you"

"Yeah and I'm telling you that you need to tell her your feelings. So what if she doesn't feel the same, you'll only keep thinking what if. Trust me those don't do you any good" He was right, of course he was right I just didn't want to admit that to him.

It just wasn't as easy as Calum seemed to think it was. I could sing? No that's too cheesy. I could write a letter? Nope. All of these ideas fell into my after Calum left and I waited for Ivy who had said she was on her way a long time ago. I didn't bother ringing or texting her to make sure she was okay I just left it.

A sudden knock on my front door made me jump. I stood up and went I answer expecting Ivy to be there but it wasn't "Luke?" I asked confused as to why he would be here and how he had found my house in the first place "Sorry but is Ivy here?" He asked obviously out of breath I shook my head "She was on her way a while back but she hasn't got here yet. Why?" I asked quickly he bit down on his lip turning his head to look around behind him I heard him curse under his breath "What is it, Luke? How did you know that she was coming here? Are you following her again?" I asked beginning to get angry at the thought of him creeping her out like he had a few weeks ago he shook his head quickly "Its nothing like that, Michael. Its more serious than that" He said going to turn away from me and walk down the path but I grabbed him "Tell me what's going on, Luke" I growled he nodded once and walked past me into the house.

When Luke told me what his 'friend' had told him we left my house to go in search of Ivy. I called her but got no answer either of the times I tried calling and much to the annoyance of Luke I called Calum and asked him to meet us. I didn't tell him that Luke would be there because I knew he wouldn't come but once I told him why I'd called him I knew he'd want to help or at least I hoped he would.

Calum met us at the park and as soon as he saw Luke he started to turn away so I ran up to him "Calum stop this is important okay?" "I don't want to be anywhere near that prick, Michael. I thought you'd know that" Calum shouted letting me pull him so he was facing me "You think I want anything to do with him? Of course I don't but I'm coping with it because I have to and so do you, Ivy is our friend, Calum" I said slowly "What about Ivy?" I went on to tell him everything that Luke had told me but he didn't look convinced.

"How can we trust him? He could be luring us to a trap with that gang of his" Calum asked eyeing up Luke who was standing a few feet behind me but with the smirk on his face I knew he could hear how agitated he made Calum "I trust him. I don't think he'd lie to about this. Do you trust me Cal?" Calum sighed and nodded "If this goes wrong I blame you" He said walking away from me and towards Luke.

"What do we do?" Calum asked him Luke stood up straight from his previous position against a tree and looked at him "I don't know.  She isn't answering her phone and Max never said where they'd take her if they caught her but I have an idea" He said before he turned away leading Calum and I away from the park. I had no idea where we were going but I was trusting Luke with my life now, I'd saved his once before I just had to pray that he would do the same for me.

Hi! I'm sorry that I haven't updated in a few days. This is just build up really the next parts will be better. I know I've said that before and it hasn't really happened but I really promise this time haha.
