CHAPTER TWELVE _________________________ "Stop taking his attention, Nao!" Karin whined, clinging to Sasuke's arms annoyingly.
"If I'm taking his attention it's only because he's interested in what I'm talking about, Karin." The red-head snapped, shooting her unknown family member a cold glare.
"Nao.." Jugo said softly.
Suigestu's eyes widened."Karin made Nao mean."
The other red-head shook her head with a smug look."I didn't make her mean, she's just a bitch in general because she's mad Sasuke's interested in me in every way."
Nao growled threateningly."Say that again, I dare you."
"You're. A. Bitch." Karin repeated immediately.
The Uzumaki raised her arm to punch the girl, but was stopped by an angry looking Sasuke who stood in between the two.
She narrowed her eyes."Sasuke, are you really-"
"Don't you ever call her something she's not." The Uchiha hissed at Karin, pushing her backwards."She's ten times a better woman than you'll ever be. If I'm interested in anybody it would be her. She's not a stuck up girl desperately chasing a guy because he's even slightly attractive."
Nao smiled, pulling her friend back by his hand."That's enough. Thank you."
"But-"
"That's okay! I appreciate you sticking up for me, Baka Sasuke." She gave a genuine grin, standing up on her tippy toes to give him a kiss on the cheek.
"Whatever, Baka Nao."
