"I'm not wearing these!"
"You will wear them right now, Sasuke Uchiha!"
The two best friends stood in front of each other as they shouted back and forth, shoving their cat-ears in each other's faces.
"I got you black like you wanted because we're supposed to match!" Nao exclaimed, pushing the costume piece onto the boy's chest.
Naruto snickered, adjusting his own white ear piece that matched with Sakura's.
"Then put yours on." Sasuke ordered.
"Fine!" She shrugged, pushing the black cat ears onto her head with a simply movement of her wrist.
"Pretty." Sakura smiled, looping her arm through her new friend's tan one.
"You and Naruto don't look too bad yourselves. You guys are so cute together." Nao giggled.
"We're not--oh whatever!" The pinkette sighed exasperatedly while the knucklehead to her right blushed furiously.
"Anyways, you!" She pointed at the onyx-eyed boy."Your turn!"
He mumbled something incoherently under his breath, sliding the ears onto his head hesitantly.
Both girls gushed."Cute!"
"Best Halloween ever." Naruto laughed, tumbling over.
"Let's go get candy!"
"Yeah! Get me those lemon candies, Sakura!"
"Get them yourself, stupid!"
"Sakura-chan!"
Nao intertwined her fingers with Sasuke's, pulling him closer to her side."Thank you."
"Anything for you, blockhead."
