"You look so damn hot girl!" Alex said from her spot on my bed.

"You think so?" I asked, putting my lip gloss on

"You think so?" I asked, putting my lip gloss on.

"Hell yeah I do! If someone doesn't drool over you tonight, I'll be shocked. Still can't believe you're going to be surrounded by almost 30 baseball players tonight!" She said, as I walked out to my room to put my shoes on.

"I don't look that good. And their wives and girlfriends will also be there." I said, sitting next to her with my heels in hand.

"Girl, I would give anything to have a body like yours again." She sighed. "But you'll still get to be surrounded by baseball players."

I rolled my eyes at her and ignored the last comment. "You've had three kids. It's normal to have left over baby weight."

"Yes, but I'd kill for a body like yours."

"Are you saying this because you think Danny isn't in love with you anymore? He absolutely loves you and the kids. Don't think for a second that he doesn't."

"I hate it when you're right." She grumbled.

"I know." I stood up and grabbed my clutch, slipping some money and my phone into it. "See you later beautiful." I said, walking out of my room and down to the living room, where my brother was waiting for me.
