perhaps she was sick of all the words stabbing her in the heart
perhaps she was done with the physical abuse
perhaps she was sick of everyone just standing there
afraid to speak.
maybe she wanted to prove them wrong
maybe she believed that she could change herself
maybe she took it too far
and changed too much.
she would do anything to be perfect. anything.
but the single cloud of doubt in her mind told her,
'there's no point trying,'
because she knew she would never achieve her final goal
but the rest of her hopeless and desperate mind still clung on to the idea
so she decided to be like the flowers her sister picked from the garden
be pretty and accepted temporarily, then lose all will and need to live.
her final wish came true, and she was glad.
because at least she got something she wanted.

hi, apologise for errors, just really wanted to publish.
also, wanted to say that i write words in the british/australian way, because that is how i was taught, not the american way. hence, why i spell apologise with a 's' instead of apologize, with a 'z', in case you didn't notice (or did, and was wondering why).
wishing you all a lovely week ahead!
