That was just embarrasing.

Alyssa tried to sit up, and held her head in disbelief. She is not one easily to faint. Heck! Even the facial shot by a good teammate with a mean spike just left her sprawling, but still conscious!

She looked around, and guessed she's in Kiefer's suite. And right on cue, the door opened, and Kiefer was surprised to see her up. "Kumusta?" he asked, concern in his eyes. She just smiled, and grinned sheepishly, "Sana walang photographer ang naka-capture ng moment ko na yun. Kahiya."

A smile hovered on his lips. "Why do I have a feeling na sinadya mong mahimatay para matigil si Grandpa?" he sat on the edge of the bed, "Pero good thinking. That was ... uh, commendable."

She chuckled, and for the first time, they looked into each other's eyes, like it's the most normal thing to do.

A bond, unbreakable, was born.

He smiled back and looked at the door, "Are you up to some news?"

"Anong klaseng news?" she asked, her whisker-like dents visible on her rosy healthy cheeks.

He sighed, "Papa found a lead about Sarah-"

She hurriedly stood up and jumped down from the bed. "Where are you going?" he asked her.

"Asan na?" she was at the door, and skidded to a stop. She was still in her maid-of-honor gown, and she sighed, "Mukhang kelangan ko talaga magpalit ano?"

Kiefer just shrugged, and guessing what she's thinking, he pointed to a discrete cabinet on the wall, "I had your stuff brought in here. Para di ka nahuhuli sa hallway."

She looked at him curiously, wondering if he is worried that she'd bolt out on him, or worried about her privacy. "Uh... thanks?" and she opened the cabinet and rummaged through her stuff.

She found the oversized shirt and skimpy shorts, and brought them together with her comfy undies to the bathroom. She made a quick shower, and got herself into her comfy sleepwear when she heard Kiefer knock on the door.

"Just a minute," she mumbled, as she was putting on her shirt. She hurriedly opened the door to see Kiefer holding out a paper bag. She raised a brow, "Ano yan?"

"I had my secretary pick them for you. It's a nightgown," he said gingerly, and Alyssa just crossed her arms over her chest, "Aanhin ko 'yan?"

He sighed, "Malamang isusuot." He gently shoved the bag towards her, and pushed her back, "Yan muna isuot mo. Pag matutulog ka na, magpalit ka na lang ulit."

"But... but... but...," she sputtered as she is helpless with Kiefer's hand on her back, shoving her back to the bathroom. He successfully pushed her inside, and closed the door.

She dropped the paper bag on the floor, and walked around it like it's an insect. She understands it now. She has to play the part. She gingerly opened the bag, and it revealed a long white silk nightgown that looks decent enough. She made a face, and tried it on.

Glory of glories... the silk felt like warm honey on her skin, seducing her...

She blushed. She felt like sashaying, but tonight is not the night for that.

Sinful, sinful beautiful nightgown!

She preened in front of the mirror. The nightgown now took on a different aura on her. Whereas it looked innocent and plain, right now, it seems to hug every curve of her body, highlighting them, making her skin glow like caramel.

The spaghetti strap and modest neckline seems innocent enough but with the way it clings to her body makes it look like a fragile tissue on a present.
