Iris's P. O. V.

The next day, Zach and the guys took me to Logan's house. I hugged Logan and Ayla, and was introduced to Lydia.

I was glad to be back with my friends. I felt whole again, everything was working out for me.

Zach was messing around with Logan's merch gun. He would shoot shirts at the guys, or random places like the wall or couch. I got used to hearing the whoosh of the gun very time it went off as I sat on the couch talking to Ayla and Lydia. I got suspicious when the noise stopped.

I turned around just as the whoosh was heard. A paper ball hit me right smack on my forehead.

"Zach!!" I shouted holding my head.

"Sorry babe. Just look at the paper," he said pointing at the crumbled up ball on the floor.

I picked it up and unfolded it, barely making out the three words he had written.

"Don't you think you could've just told me you loved me instead of hitting me in the face with it?" I asked laughing at the him.

"I planned on hitting the back of your head, but you turned around." He shrugged putting the gun down and walking over to me.

"Well I love you too," I told him as he sat next to me. I locked my hands around his neck and reached up for a kiss.

"How long have you guys been together?" Lydia asked.

"December 27th was our six month anniversary," Zach said with a big smile on his face. That day was probably my favorite day with him.

Although we didn't go anywhere fancy, it was still an amazing day. Zach decided to recreate our first date. Everyone had left the house, and I'm still not sure where they went. Just like before, Zach made popcorn and got drinks while I found The Exorcist.

The date was almost the exact same. The only differences being that we started out closer than before, and there was way more kissing. Zach would still get scared, even after seeing the movie a ton. Every time he got scared, I'd pull his chin up and kiss him. Some were quick and sweet, while others lasted long enough to forget what was happening in the movie.

We finished the movie and just talked about everything. Mostly, how I had felt in Pennsylvania versus how I felt with Zach and the guys. After, Zach took me up to his bed and we ended up hiding our bare bodies from Jack, just like what happened two days before.

"You guys are like major couple goals," Lydia commented.

"What about us?" Daniel and Jack jumped in.

"You come close behind." She waved them off.

When we got back home, the guys asked me to film a mashup for them. It took about twenty minutes until we got the perfect one.

"Do you think I could start recording here from now on?" I asked the guys as we passed their little recording studio.

"Sure." Zach shrugged. Meghan had told me she wanted me to record my songs. Now, I didn't even have to leave home.

"Awesome. Wanna watch?" I asked.

"Um, of course." Zach plopped in one of the chairs and scooted up to the sound board.

We spent a few hours working on the music. Daniel and Jack came in to help, too.

"Iris, you're really an amazing singer. We don't tell you that as often as we should," Daniel said.

"Thank you. You guys are amazing, too. But you're told that everyday." I laughed.

"Has Meghan booked any shows?" Zach asked.

"I'm performing at a music festival in Nevada in two weeks. She's working on trying to find someone for me to tour with, if that's a possibility," I told them.

"That's great. Hopefully it'll work out."

"Fingers crossed." I laughed.

Later that night, I got a call from Kayla.

"Iris, I miss Daniel. I don't think I can wait until Spring Break to see him. Seeing all these pictures and videos, I just what to hold him right now," she whined.

"I'm sorry, I don't know what to do."

"My parents won't let me fly out anytime this month." She huffed.

"I'm sorry. But if you miss him that much, why are you on the phone with me and not him?" I asked

"You're right. Thanks."

"Love you." I laughed.

"Love you, too. Bye." I hung up and fell back on Zach's outstretched arm.

"She just has to wait a month. Daniel is already starting to make plans for his surprise," Zach said draping his other arm across my stomach.

"Hopefully she can wait. You and I both know how hard long distance is, and they have to deal with it more than us."

"Yeah, but they can do it."
