Chiron walked out while we were eating breakfast, and everyone fell silent.
"The Aphrodite cabin has created their event for the month, and they'll explain it to you know. Good luck."
I didn't lie the way he said good luck, as if he was saying goodbye to my dead body.
Piper stood up. "Due to," she sighed, "popular vote, the Aphrodite cabin has elected their 'patented' hide and seek game. Each person has lost a precious item. In order to find your item, you may have to hold hands, kiss, or hug whoever the Aphrodite cabin voted you with as a couple. Good luck."
And know I understood why Piper and Chiron said good luck that way.
This was gonna be awful.

I wasn't going to go ever to Travis.
No way. He was gonna have to find me. I knew the dam Aphrodite bitches stole my gloves.
I love them, but they can get way too up in your business.
I had been working in the fields for over an hour now, and still no Travis. I tried not to feel disappointed.
He was probably trying it out Michelle first. They were a cute couple.
And then, to my surprise, Travis came running up. "Oh thank the gods Katie I there you are. I've been trying to find you all day."
I look at him, noting his messy hair and wrinkled clothes. "No distractions along the way?"
He didn't flush, to my surprise. "Michelle kept trying to kiss me. Apparently the Aphrodite kids didn't even steal anything belonging to her."
I didn't like Michelle, but I still felt bad for her. No one deserved to be told even the goddess of love thought they would die alone.
"So why were you looking for me?" I asked dTravis, trying to sound chill.
He blushed this time. "Uh well since you know the Aphrodite cabin thought we were super cute and you have friends there that maybe they paired us up together..."
I smiled faintly. "If that's what you think." I grabbed his arm and dragged him into the woods.
If I was going to kiss him, it wasn't going to be in front of everybody.
I knew Miranda had been filming us.
