After that enlightening visit with Grandpa, we headed back almost immediately.

It was a two hour car ride, and Connor was driving. Apparently he had found time to get a drivers license after the war with Gaea.

Miranda was doing some dumb car bingo with the twins. I was attempting to sleep with my head on Travis' shoulder, his arm around my back.

I suppose I fell asleep at some points, as the next thing I knew Travis was shaking me awake.

I yawned, and Travis smiled.

My yawn turned into a frown. "What's so funny?"

He smiled warmly. "You yawn like a kitten."

I smile back, trying the ignore the sinking feeling in my stomach as I remember that's what Lee would say.

"Katie!" Leo Valdez yelled, running up to meet me.

"What do you want." I asked him flatly.

"Well I know Frank gets nervous around flames cause of his you know, but do Demeter children freak out when I-" then he burst into flames.

I shrieked, and grabbed a fire extinguisher.

Then I hit him in the head with it.

Calypso came running up, shaking her head. "He did the flame thing again, didn't he."

I nodded my head awkwardly. Calypso had always impressed me, even being off her island she radiated an aura of power.

"Don't feel bad about it. He tried it with the rest of your cabin. They, however, did not resort to knocking him unconscious."

"Sorry."

"Oh don't be. He'll finally shut up for a while." She hoisted him onto her shoulders like a sack of potatoes and jogged over to the Apollo cabin.

I stared wistfully after them. Even though the couple didn't always act like it, they loved each other. Call me a romantic, but I thought it was really cute.

I grinned, Calypso had clearly helped Leo write this. I had seen Leo's handwriting before, it was...... messy to say the least.

But, being invited to their party was a big deal. I heard only a few other people were invited, it was supposed to be very secretive.

On the flip side of the card, it told me the address. I grinned.
I wonder if Travis is doing anything.....

"Kit Kat, what are we doing?" Travis groaned as I dragged him with me.

"It's a surprise."

"I haaaaaaate surprises."

"Do you want them to hear you whining like a baby?"

He straightened up and walked next to me. "Who?"

"The surprise."

His soft lips formed a pout. "You're no fun."

I grin back, but then turned my head.

We had arrived.

Inside of Rachel's Oracle cave, sat Leo, Calypso, Percy, Annabeth, Thalia, Frank, Hazel, Jason, Piper, Lacy, Reyna, Miranda, Connor, Nico, Will, and Rachel.

I was about to complain about being the last one to arrive when I saw a girl I had missed.

She had gorgeous golden hair and catlike gold eyes.
