Chapter 14.

I haven't really been productive today, but I couldn't care less. When I woke up around 11pm, I found a note in the kitchen from Alexander. It said that he wished me a good morning and that he would be home from class later today. If I'm going to be honest, I was chocked that he actually left me a note but that's mostly because no one has ever done something like that for me. Anyways, currently I was sitting beside Alec in front of the TV. He had just returned back from all of his classes today and I could tell that something was on his mid. He had just asked me why I stayed with him, and when I answered that I'm still here because I like him, he started to stutter like the adorable teenager he is. The best part though was that he said he liked me too. Seriously, what does that even mean? Does he like me like a friend, or something way more? Honestly, all of these thoughts are driving me insane. Why can't I just man up and ask him out? Right, because I'm a depressed mess. That's why. I mean, there's no way that Alexander ever would want to date someone as broken as me. Besides, he's a 10/10 and I'm more like a 2/10 on a really good day. Have I even told you guys what Alec looks like? No? Well, he's tall and absolutely stunning with his magnificent eyes and jet black hair. The best part about him is how his pale skin reflects in the sunlight. It kinda makes him look like a sparkling vampire from that movie Twilight, and I truly love it. I also love his smile. God damn, I don't think I ever seen something as beautiful as his smile. It makes me weak every time.
- What are you thinking about? You've been smiling at the wall for over 10 minutes, Alec suddenly said which broke me out of my thoughts
- Oh, nothing, I answered and blushed
- Can I ask you something?
- Of course, Alexander. You can ask me anything you want, I said
- Do you m-maybe want to g-grab a coffee with m-me tomorrow after my c-classes? He stuttered
- I would love to
OH MY GOD, IS HE ASKING ME OUT? Seriously, I can't breathe. Is it meant to be a coffee date, or just two friends hanging out? Ugh, why am I like this?
- Really? That's g-good, Alexander answered and I could see how he blushed
We sat in silence for a while and the two of us watched the random TV show that still played from the television. Now and then, I could catch Alec starring at me from the corner of my eye, and it made my stomach explode with butterflies.
- My friends would really like to meet you, Alexander said after maybe 15 minutes of comfortable silence
- W-what? I asked and this time, it was my turn to stutter
- They heard that I kicked Sebastian out and now they would love to meet the lucky guy who gets to live with me
- They want t-to meet m-me? I asked
- Magnus, you have nothing to worry about. Simon and Maia are my best friends and they would never hurt you, Alexander answered and put one of his hands on my shoulder
- I don't know, Alec. I have never really been good with people
- Are you kidding? You didn't know me at first, but that didn't stop you from communicating with me, Alec said
- You're different
- How?
- Because I trust you, and I hardly ever these people, I answered
- I'm really glad to hear that. Look, if you don't want to meet my friends yet, that's okay. I'm not going to make you. Maia and Simon will still be around when you're ready, Alec said and smiled

We sat one again in silence for a while until Alexander decided that it was time for dinner. Together, we cooked this amazing pasta and I was actually impressed by Alec because I have heard about his family's abilities in the kitchen. Trust me, I have only heard negative stuff, especially about Isabelle. Anyways, when we had finished the dinner and the plates were licked clean, I decided to take a shower and then go to bed early. I went into my bathroom where I stripped out of my clothes and stepped into the shower. About 40 minutes later, I was back in my room, this time dressed in a pair of sweatpants and a black t-shirt. The clock was close to 10pm and even if I slept for a long time this morning, I was exhausted. I walked over to Alec's bedroom where I knocked on the door.
- Come in, he said from the inside
I walked in and found Alexander in the middle of the room, shirtless. Dammit, now I definitely won't be able to fall asleep. He's freaking hot
- I just w-wanted to say goodnight, I stuttered and felt how I blushed
- Oh, okay. Goodnight, Magnus. I hope that you'll sleep well, he answered
- You too
Thereafter, I quickly left Alexander's room and walked back to my own where I fell face first onto the bed. How could Alec be so extremely hot? I mean, is it even legal to be that ripped and hot? Well, it shouldn't because I think I just got myself a heart attack. Anyways, since I were extremely tried, it only took me about 5 minutes to fall asleep and as a bonus, I had my coffee date with Alexander to look forward to.
