Chapter 59.

Alexander and I was finally laying beside each other on his bed after what felt like centuries. As Clary dropped us off after everything that happened at the airport, we couldn't keep our lips apart. Over and over again, we placed passionate kisses on each other's lips.
- I'm so happy that you're back in my arms again, Alec said after a while of comforting silence
He placed a light kiss on my neck which sent shivers down my whole body.
- Me too, I answered and smiled
Even though they days I have been without Alexander hasn't been many, it still felt more than wonderful to finally be in his strong arms again. If I'm going to be honest, being separated from Alec has been the worst part of my life and if we ever break up again, I don't know if I'll survive. Alexander Lightwood is my rock no matter what happens, I know that he won't give up on me. When I think back to the time when we first started talking, I actually get surprised. I never thought that the strange guy who found my favourite novel would actually would text me and keep the conversation going even though we didn't know each other. Well, what can I say? Maybe it was fait that brought us together.
- Can I ask you something? Alexander suddenly said and dragged his hand through my hair
- Of course, what is it? I asked
- I'm graduating in three weeks and I've started looking for apartments
- That's wonderful, I said and couldn't keep the smile off my lips
- I know that we just got back together again, but I was wondering if you would like to move in with me? Alec said and I could tell that we was really nervous
- I would love to move in with you, Alexander. Like I said, I don't think I can live without you, I answered
- And I can't live without you, Magnus. That's exactly why I want you to move in with me so I can wake up every morning with you in my arms
- I love you so much, I whispered and pressed a kiss against his lips
- I love you too
What was left of the day passed by pretty much like this. We stayed in bed until 9pm, just kissing and embracing each other like our lives depend on it. When got hungry, Alec ordered some pizza that we ate in front of the TV, cuddled up in different coloured blankets.
- Do you have class tomorrow? I asked and turned my attention towards Alec
- Yeah, but I'm taking tomorrow off since I rather would spend some time with you, Alexander answered
- You're adorable
- Speaking of school, will you get your job back as a dance teacher?
- Actually yes. Apparently, the kids begged the headmaster that she had to hire me again, I answered and smiled
- Once you go Magnus Bane, you can't go back, Alec said and laughed
- Is that your life motto?
- Maybe
- Shut up and kiss me, I answered and let out a little chuckle
Alec didn't hesitate and only seconds later, his lips were moving in sync with mine in a passionate kiss.
Since it was pretty late, we went back to Alexander's bed where we laid down beside each other on the bed. Alec was wearing a black t-shirt and a pair of grey sweatpants while I was wearing only a pair of sweatpants. I could tell that Alec loved that I wasn't wearing a shirt because it was like he couldn't keep his hands off me. Well, I'm not really complaining. The best feeling in the world is when Alec starts doing circles on my back with the top of his finger. I swear to god, it always makes me moan.
- Are you tired? Alec asked
- A little, but don't worry. If you want to stay awake, I'll stay awake with you, I answered and smiled at him
- You're such a cinnamon roll, Magnus. How did I get this lucky?
- That's a really good question, I answered and smiled once again
Alexander pressed his lips against mine and just like always, I could hear fireworks. Everything was perfect. Alec was soon graduating which meant that we finally would move into our own apartment. I got my job back as a dance teacher and thanks to Clary, I even got my job back down at Pandemonium. My dad still loved me even if I decided to stay and make things right between me and Alec and the best of all, I was finally happy. I've been through so much shit since the day I was born, but when I met Alec, everything changed. It took about 19 years and the love of my life to realise that even when everything seems hopeless, there's always light at the end of the tunnel and guess what? Alexander was and will forever be, my light.

I don't know how long this book will turn out, but it's getting closer to the end for each chapter🙈
