Chapter 15.

I sat down around the dinner table and tried to focus on my math homework. The clock was almost 10am and since I didn't have any classes today, I decided to be productive and finish all the work that I haven't done due different reasons. I can't really say that I succeeded very good because I had a hard time concentrating on what I had to do, and instead my mind kept wandering to Magnus. He was still asleep in his room and since he still was weak from the fall, I didn't wake him up. I really don't know for how long I sat around the dinner table, but when a loud knock on the door was heard, I broke out of my trance. I stood up and thereafter, I walked over to the front door. When I opened it, I met eyes with Simon who looked like he was about to shit himself.
- Simon, what's wrong? I asked and pushed him inside and closed the door
- I accidentally ran straight into Sebastian, and know I'm pretty sure that he wants to see my pretty ass dead
- You ran into Sebastian? Dammit, Simon. Haven't I warned you about him? He's a freak, I said and walked back to the dinner table
- Tell me about it, Simon answered and took a seat beside me
You guys remember Sebastian, right? The guy I shared room with before Magnus came into my life? He pretty much scares everyone around here.
- He really hates you, you know, Simon said after a while of silence
- I kicked him out of his dorm, of course he hates me, I answered
- He beat up some random guy yesterday. I was walking back to my dorm with Maia and we saw everything
- Poor little bastard
I could tell that Simon was about to say something, but instead of starting a new meaningless conversation, he kept his gaze at something that was behind me.
- What are you looking at? I asked and turned around and what my eyes came across was pure hotness. Magnus was standing in the middle of the kitchen with newly showered hair and a pair of grey sweatpants. Was he shirtless? Damn right he was. 
- Simon, this is Magnus, I said and couldn't stop staring at the piece of art in front of me
- Nice to finally meet you, Magnus. I have heard so much about you, Simon said happily and smiled
- All good I hope, Magnus answered
- Of course
- Have you slept good? I asked when I finally could meet his eyes instead of keeping my gaze on his stunning abs
- Yeah, what about you? Magnus asked
- I-I slept wonderful, thank you
We started at each other for what felt like an eternity until Simon coughed and caught my attention.
- I think I should go. Sebastian is probably not chasing me anymore, he said and stood up from the chair
- Yeah. I'll see you tomorrow, I answered
- Of course. Be prepared to get your ass kicked in math class, Simon said and laughed out loud. Thereafter, he left the dorm with a cooky grin and closed the door behind him
- I'm so sorry for that, I said and looked at Magnus who still was standing in the middle of the kitchen, shirtless
- You have nothing to apologise for, Alexander. I should have been more aware of my surrounding
- You're b-beautiful, I stuttered
WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK? ALEXANDER GIDEON LIGHTWOOD, WHAT IS YOUR DAMN PROBLEM? DID I SERIOUSLY SAY THAT?
- Are you flirting with me? Magnus asked and I could see that he was holding in one of his adorable laughs
- I-I don't know. I'm sorry, I answered
- Well, if we're going to compliment each other, you're extremely beautiful too
- You really think that?
- Of course I do, Magnus answered and walked closer to where I was sitting
I stood up from the chair that was placed around the dinner table and suddenly, we stood only inches away from each other.
- Can I try something? I asked
- Go for it
I closed my eyes and without thinking about it twice, I pressed my lips against Magnus and I swear to god that I could hear freaking fireworks.
- You never fail to amaze me, Alexander, Magnus said when we broke the kiss
- I like you, okay? I don't know why I suddenly got so brave, but I want you to know that I really like you, I answered
- Alexander
- Look, if you don't feel the same, it's okay. We don't ever have to talk about this again and I'll leave you alone
- Shut up and kiss me again, Magnus answered and a couple of seconds, our lips were moving in sync

- I like you too, Magnus said when we broke our second kiss
- Be my boyfriend, I said and instead of it to come out like a question, it sounded more like a demand
- I wouldn't want it any other way
We stayed in silence for a while, just taking in each other's beauty. I had butterflies in my stomach and I don't think I ever been happier.
- I can't believe that over a week ago, I was completely alone. Now? Now I have the worlds most amazing boyfriend. Alexander, I want to thank you for everything, Magnus said
- I want to thank you too. You showed me that love actually exists and that someone like me, can get someone as beautiful as you, I answered and smiled
- I'm not scared of waking up anymore, and it's all because of you. I owe you my life, Magnus said
We kissed for a third time and it felt like I never could get enough of his lips. I put my arms around his bare torso and the warmth of his body made me shiver.
