"So... She apologized?" Natasha asks me.

"Yeah, I couldn't believe it!"

"Don't you think that seems a little... Sketchy?"

"Yeah, but it's not like I'm going to be friends with her anytime soon. She just... Told me she wasn't going to sabotage my life anymore."

Rachel cuts in, "I find it weird that she stole your crown and threw a fit and then just decided to apologize. That doesn't seem like her."

"None of this seems like her."

"So, either she's really trying to change or she's going to do exactly what Ashley did."

"I think you you should stay away. No matter what." Addison says, and I nod.

"Me too." I look around to try and find Kevin, and I spot him standing with Julian and two other guys. "I'll be right back." I walk away before they can say anything.

"Hey." He says, as I approach him. "Hey, this is my girlfriend, Morgan."

"Yeah, dude. We know. She's like royalty around here. Literally." One of them says. I smile, my cheeks turning slightly pink.

"Shut up, Nolan." Kevin, says. "Morgan, this is Nolan, and this is Ben."

"Hi." I say with a smile.

"You okay?" He says, quieter, wrapping his arm around me.

"Yeah, I'm fine."

"You sure? That was kind of a bitch move on Ashley's part." He says, turning to me.

"Yeah, I know. And I'm okay."

"Okay. You know I love you, right?"

"Of course. I love you too." I say, taking his hand and turning back to Julian and Nolan and Ben.

"Damn. I didn't know you had a soft side, bro." Ben says, which makes him laugh.

"Whatever, dude." He says.

"Kevin's a little softie." Julian says, "there was this one time when Morgan was in the hospital, and he cried like a fucking baby." Kevin rolls his eyes and puts his hands up to defend himself.

"It was my fault! Plus, it was serious. My car looked like a fucking murder scene after that day."

"Whoa, what happened?"

"Long story." Kevin says. "I'll tell you later."

"Sounds good to me." He says, and I turn to him, raising an eyebrow, and he knows exactly what I'm trying to ask him.

You're not going to tell him everything, are you? Is what I'm trying to say.

No. Is the look he gives back.

"Yo! What're we doing?" Addison says as she approaches us, obviously drunk.

"I literally have no idea." I say. She grabs my hand and starts pulling me away.

"Well, let's go!" She says.

"See ya! I say, and take off to the middle of the dancefloor with her.

Aside from the little things, or not so little things, my night has been so amazing, and I never want it to end.

I've been crowned prom queen, which, not going to lie, feels pretty great, because it shows that people notice and respect me, and that's really nice to know.

I danced with all my friends, met a couple new people and just had a really great night.

What's even better though, is the after party.
