A brown wolf with white chest fur sat in front of me. The wolf stepped back. A picture swallowed him up. It was me, with my fur tattered and ripped, blood staining my sides. I could not see any of my friends. That was swallowed up too, and suddenly, I saw the brown wolf again. The wolf stood up. "Fire and Ice will cancel each other out, but Water will end this. And Nature will rid us of these wolves. Find 6 wolves of true heart, but there may be one more at the start." The wolf winked at me and suddenly, I was back in the forest, healed, running yet again. There were four wolves beside me, each a different color. One was all white, the other completely brown. I looked at myself. My fur had changed to complete blue! Suddenly, It changed back. I heard a chanting at my heels. "Killing you, killing you, killing you..."

"AHHHH!" I leaped out of bed, sweat beads on my forehead, panting. A clambering noise came from upstairs. "SKY! WHAT HAPPENED?" Blake yipped. His fur was completely white. "BLAKE! YOUR FUR!" I yowled. He leaped backward, smashing into a wall. I looked down at myself- completely blue! I jumped into the air, landing safely. I ran into Champ's room. His fur- completely brown. Next, I ran to Autumn. Completely orange. Next, Kya. Completely Black. Galactical- completely purple. "WHAT'S HAPPENING!" Everything swirled around me. I was on the ground. I stood up. Everyone was around me-their fur- it was normal again. I breathed a sigh of relief. "Our fur changed. I heard a voice. It said Changers." Kya whispered. "We don't know what this means." Autumn spoke up. "Our fur can't change, or we won't be the Council Of Great Wolves anymore!" Blake yipped. "Maybe we'll still be The Council, but different?" Champ barked. "I suppose. What if we got new powers, too?" Galactical demanded. I decided to speak up. "Probably. Let's talk about this later. It's late. Let's get some sleep. Tomorrow may bring something- tiring." The other wolves went to their rooms. I lay in bed, trying to sleep.

Sleep didn't come.
