*Hazel's POV*
It's been three days. And Mars still hasn't shown up to school. No one knew where he was. Mars didn't even tell Grant what he was doing today. And if he did, he wouldn't tell.
"So you guys are coming to the party?" Bryan asked everyone. "Ryan and me are." Andrew said. "Yep! It gone be lit!" Grant laughed. "I'm going." I said. "Cool, so we're all going." Bryan nodded.
"Does anyone know if Mars is coming?" Ryan asked. "No." We all chorused. The bell rang. Time for classes.

Tomorrow was the party. I stood in front of my closet. What should I wear? After a few moments I finally decided. I choose a black dress that went to my knees. A jean jacket. Black converse and one of my favorite bracelets. It had a pull string with a small metal plate attached and engraved in it it said: Hakuna Matata.
I laid the outfit on my desk and then the doorbell rang. I could hear it open. "Hi, is Sabrina here?" I stopped.
Delilah?
I walked out of my room and down the hall to see Sabrina tackle Delilah. I looked at Terrence confused. He shrugged and left to his room.
"Delilah...." I said. She turned to me. She clutched Brown Sugar tighter. Fear began to creep into her eyes. "Did you come here by yourself?" I asked.
She didn't say anything. Then I heard my phone ping in my pocket. Delilah's gaze went straight to my phone. I pulled it out. It was from Mars.
Mars: I need a favor.
Mars: Keep Delilah safe.
I looked back to Delilah. "Is your brother okay?" I asked her. She shook her head. "What's wrong?" I asked.
Her eyes went wide. "You can't go look for him. You'll get hurt." She piped. I nodded. Confused and scared I went back to my room. In my head his text repeated.
Keep Delilah safe.
Keep Delilah safe.
Keep Delilah safe.
Safe from what?
