Your fingers shook as you locked the door to your apartment, wrapping them tightly round the door handle and squeezing it. Your nerves were getting the best of you all of a sudden. Your stomach was somersaulting in the most nauseating way and it wasn't just your fingers that were shaking. 'It's only a concert, no need to be nervous.' You had told yourself over and over again.

You swallowed hard and looked down at your outfit, questioning it for the hundredth time. The ripped black jeans that Namjoon loved, your favourite pair of converse and of course your BTS jumper that was usually reserved for sleeping in. Was this okay? This is what people usually wore to concerts right?

You shook your head and finally let go of the door handle. You were mostly sure that you could turn up in your gym attire and Namjoon would be happy to see you. At least this way you would blend in.

You gripped your Birthday necklace gently in your fist. 'Let's do this,' You mouthed to yourself and took the first step towards your destination.

You had decided to walk to the venue, it would take longer but you had plenty of time. As each step took you closer to Namjoon your nerves began to fall away, replaced by a giddy excitement that you hadn't felt for a long time. You periodically felt inside your bag to make sure your ticket was still there, which of course it was every time.

Before long you were being ushered into the large stadium along with thousands of others. You laughed as you walked between the crowds to your seat and heard a girl whisper 'look, Rap monster's her bias to!' She had obviously noticed his name printed on the back of your jumper. 'If only you knew,' you thought to yourself.

You found your seat quickly and sighed happily at how close you were to the stage, although you doubted everyone would be sticking to your seats once the show had started.

You checked the time on your phone and saw there was still half an hour before things got started. You settled further into your seat and began to check your numerous social media apps.

'Hey,' the familiar voice came as a shock from your side and your eyes grew wide as you laid eyes on the last person you expected to be sitting next to.

' Namjoon?' You gasped a little to loudly.

'Shhh...' he scolded with a laugh and you covered your mouth with your hands.

His hat was pulled low over his face and he wore a mask baring the BTS symbol. You studied the only part of his face that you could see, his eyes. What the hell was he thinking?

'Don't I even get a hug?' He asked, obviously smiling under his mask. You suddenly realised what was happening and that you weren't dreaming. You threw your arms around him and hugged him tightly, with no intention of ever letting go. He wrapped his long arms around you too and you sat like that for a couple of minutes, enjoying each other's presence silently for the first time in just over 6 months.

'This may be the stupidest idea you have ever had but I'm glad you thought of it.' You whispered into his chest, happy tears forming at the corners of your eyes. He pulled you gently away from himself.

'That's the best thing about being an idol at a concert. The only place anyone expects to see you is on the stage.' He pointed up to the large stage in front of you and you looked up at it, transfixed for a few seconds by the lights. 'I'm really sorry, I have to go.' He spoke sadly as your eyes met again.

'K.' You whispered, gripping subconsciously to the front of his shirt.

He pulled down his mask briefly enough to kiss you gently on the forehead and then attempted to stand, but you had no intention of letting go.

'Y/N, you have to let go.' He laughed but his voice was cracking.

'I don't want to,' You whispered softly and looked up at his tall frame. You stood suddenly and wrapped your arms around him again, burying your head in his chest. 'I never want to let you go.'

He kissed the top of your head affectionately and placed his hands on either side of your face, pulling you away from his chest. 'I don't want to let go either, but we have to.'

'I know,' You let go of his shirt and the happy tears began to fall sadly from your eyes. 'I love you.' He wiped the tears from your cheeks with his thumb and spoke the same words back to you. Then he was gone and you were left, stood there, ever so slightly colder then you had been when you had first arrived.

You hadn't realised you had been stood there for more then a few seconds until a sudden blast of music and the screams of the fans made you jump and pulled you back to reality. You looked up at the stage, but this time you weren't transfixed by the lights but by the 7 men that were stood there. 6 of your precious friends and the man you loved more then the world.

Screams were erupting from all around you as you walked up to the barrier at the front as the first song began. You were blown away. You had never been to one of their concerts, not for any particular reason other then, there had never been a right time. But this...this was more then you could of ever expected.

The fans knew every word to every song, even though it wasn't their first language and the signs they had made seemed to have a lot of time and effort put into them. You were shocked and immensely proud. They were here for your Namjoon and his friends. He had made this world with the others and he had every right to enjoy this and bathe in the limelight that was surrounding him. Your sadness faded completely and you began to enjoy the concert. For a while you were just another fan, who just so happened to catch Namjoon's eye more often then the others.

The concert was over too soon and it was time to say goodbye. Namjoon was the one to announce this and they all individually said their thank you's before leaving the stage. As Namjoon began to walk away your heart dropped, you had been enjoying yourself so much that you had forgotten that you weren't going to be seeing him after. Suddenly he turned back around and blew a kiss in your direction. You pretended to catch it and hugged your hand to your chest, cradling the kiss in your fist. He winked at you and turned again, joining his friends backstage.

Slowly the fans began to pile out of the stadium, excitement still evident in all their voices. You sat back in your chair and stared up at the now empty stage, the vibrations of each song still pulsing through your blood stream. You smiled through your sadness and suddenly wondered what you had done to deserve someone so incredible.
