"Got to run. I've got a murder to plan. Busy day."
Buffy chuckled at Damon's final words before he hung up on Stefan.
Leaning against his bedroom doorway with a small grin on her face, she cleared her throat "Need some help with that murder?"
At the sound of her voice, Damon's eyes widened and he glanced over his shoulder, staring in disbelief at the blonde who he had thought was still at the lake house with his brother "What are you doing here? I thought you were on a weekend escape with Stef."Buffy shrugged lightly as she strolled into his room. It was so weird that she was willing to skip a romantic weekend to make plans with Damon. If someone had told her she would do this 7 months ago she would have laughed in their face and called them crazy.
"I was, but Jeremy squealed about Elena and she admitted she knew." She explained before pulling her stake out of her pocket and twirling it "I left Stefan to babysit. So you were saying something about a murder?"
As she smiled at him a smirk slowly formed on Damon's face.
They truly were murder buddies, even if she would never admit it.
"Come on then, Bubbles, we got a murder to plan."
The dynamic duo of Buffy Summers and Damon Salvatore were once again working together.
The duo was currently sitting at the bar of The Grill, listening to Alaric moan about the afternoon he had spent with Elijah and Jenna.
Just the idea of Elijah alone with Jenna had Buffy ready to scream.
"Other than the lecture on the history of Mystic Falls, did you get anything out of Elijah?" Damon asked, hoping to get back to the whole trying to figure out a way to get rid of Elijah thing.Alaric merely shook his head, a look of annoyance crossing his face "No, it was boring." He mumbled before scoffing "Of course, Jenna thinks he's charming."
It was safe to say that Alaric sounded beyond jealous right now.Buffy just shrugged, to be honest, she couldn't blame Jenna there.
When it came down to hard facts, Elijah was polite and good-looking with great hair. Plus, his accent was enough to make any girl swoon.
If he wasn't planning to let Elena die he would be the perfect guy.
"It's the accent." She said offhandedly as she took a bit of her sandwich, not noting the raised eyebrows she was getting from both men "Women love a British accent." Hell, the only reason the accent no longer drove her crazy was that Spike had officially ruined it for her.Damon rolled his eyes at her statement and just turned back to Alaric "You sound jealous of the British man."
At Damon's taunting tone, Buffy shot him a sharp glare and slapped his chest.
She was not okay with Damon trying to stir drama between Jenna and Alaric. Alaric was one of the few guys she actually approved of when it came to Jenna. Ric made her aunt happy in a way she had never seen.
"Shut up, Damon." She snapped before focusing on Ric "Ignore him, he's a jackass. Look all we need is the right opportunity."
