Ross's POV-
Jason lined us up to battle eachother, to test out our powers. Kitty and Dawn were up first. Kitty didn't seem to have a weapon, but Dawn had a weird plate thing. With it he summoned a hawk! I thought we weren't going to be great at this in the start. Maybe beginner's luck? Kitty only seems to be focusing on him, but in a while looked like she was looking right through him. She started to dodge every attack the hawk threw at her, basically predicting it's moves. "Is she the strongest?" I asked Jason as the two continued to fight. "To correct you, she is the weakest, the things she mimics do less damage, and without the offensive moves of others powers, she'd lose energy for defensive things and become helpless." Jason said, surprising me. Pretty much proving his point, Dawn had Kitty on the ground pinned by the hawk. "White flag! I surrender!" Kitty spat out, giggling in the process. "Good job! You did well!" Dawn told her. "T-thanks!" She said, slightly blushing. She walked over near me, trying to hide her face. "Don't make me tell him." I said, messing with her. "If I can figure out who you love, embarrassing things about you, and basically everything just by glancing at you, I don't think you'll want to spoil my secrets." She said, smirking. "Max and Ross! You two next!" Jason shouted. Oh boy, here we go. "Don't worry, I'll go easy on you." He said to me, in that all familiar way. "Don't make it to hard on yourself." I replied, then walking over to my side of the battlefield.
