Patrick's POV-
"I've been wondering ever sense you all arrived here, what was it like before you guys were Elementals? I'm sure things were at least slightly different, especially because that's how it was with us. Anyone care to give some backstory?" I asked them. I wonder how deep each one of their lives really goes. "You know what? I'm willing to talk about it. I'll go first." Cory volunteered.
Cory's POV-
Well, let's see how things go after I have this let out. "My parents weren't exactly the best people out there. Both of them were thieves, although I was never involved in what they did, they framed it as me instead of them to protect themselves. Whenever I would try to retaliate I would have to face their consequences, some manageable, some not. One night I had decided that it had gone on for too long and ran away. That's when I found the box with the necklace." I told them. "Wait, I saw your parents once, though I was confused because of that!" Adam yelled out. I chuckled from his abrupt interruption. "Yeah, I remember my parents being robbed before I left." Dawn added.
Shelby's POV-
"Can I go next?" I offered to the First Generation. "Sure, go on ahead." Jason replied. I took a deep breath, then began. "My parents and I owned a cookie shop in the town. I was pretty bored because Ross wasn't going to be over and I didn't really have anything to do. My head was swimming from the things I had to hide from my parents, which you all know about already. (In case anyone was confused, I was referring to Graser)
Laying on my bedstand was the box with the necklace, and that's when I became an Elemental." I mentioned, signalling that I was done speaking about it.
Ross's POV-
"There isn't really that much to me. I worked at a barn with chickens and Shelby would visited me to help or just chat sometimes. Life never really got crazy until I found the box with the pin. Then, I set off to find the cabin." I explained. "I may as well tell my story, but keep quiet, because it's a doozy." Kitty said.
Kitty's POV-
"I lived with my nine sisters in one house with my father and mother taking care of all of us." I started. "Wait, you have nine sisters?!" Shelby loudly asked. "Yup! I did indeed." I responded. "What do you mean by did?" Max questioned. "I'm getting there! Anyways, things were peaceful, normal as ever, when a woman in an orange cloak entered the house. Each of my siblings held one of the ten elements. I watched as my father was stabbed right in front of me. My mom had dissapered randomly a few months before. One by one, each sister was being killed before my eyes. One of my sisters, the one of Animals, told me to use my power to Mimic and blend in with the surroundings. When the woman left, all my family there was lying dead on the floor in cold blood. So, I was stuck fending for myself until I found the box with the bracelet inside the hibiscus flower." I admitted, a few tears slipping down my face in the process. I watched as the others around me looked in shock and pity.
Ashlie's POV-
Feeling sorry for Kitty, I decided to get my stuff out of the way. "I suppose I'm next then. I was in the car with my mother. My father had broken up with her before then, so it was just the two of us. Flashing before my eyes, we ended up in a car crash. When I had woken back up, my mother layed dead in the car. I was luckily unharmed, then a box fell out of the car door with the ring and my fate was set." I rambled.
Adam's POV-
"Back at home I was a knight that worked for my kingdom of Liones!" I proudly presented. (Please, please someone reading please get that joke...) "I was chasing after what presume was Cory's parents trying to steal something, then my team lost them. I had been a knight ever sense I could remember. A box had fallen to the floor, I read it, took the sunglasses, then set out!" I yelled. Most of the group was laughing at how dramatic I was being. (Once again, another joke most of you won't get...)
Nick's POV-
"I was sitting bored at home, wondering what I could do. Out of nowhere, the box had appeared before my eyes. Hanging off of it was a pouch that I willingly decided to take, then found my way here." I emphasized. "I'll go!" Alesa chirped out.
Alesa's POV-
"All I had wanted my entire life was to adventure and be free. However, my parents never really let me do those kinds of things. That's when I discovered the book with the earrings inside and decided to follow the path to this destined cabin." I fantasized about my journey.
Max's POV-
Well, let's get this done. "I was thinking about how I hadn't seen Shelby or Ross in a while sense we used to be pretty close. I decided to take a walk outside because I get angry pretty easily and things just felt a bit too hectic. I found the box in my room with the gloves and that's how I got here." I responded to Patrick's comment.
Dawn's POV-
Last but not least, me. "My parents had just recently been robbed so I was worried about them. To escape from the stuff for a while, I went up into my tree house. That's when I found the note with the headphones." I explained to the group.
Jess's POV-
I'm not suprised that most of them faced cruel things. It's the usual for a beginning elemental now. I need to keep a watch out, because who knows when bad luck might struck us all.
