Tiffany's POV-
Myself and the other members of Generation One collectively met up and decided on something. We wanted to get sometime to train the Elementals for future battles, so that we could help them get stronger and learn more about how their elements work. Mario went inside to go let know the other generation and get them outside for training. Within a minute, all ten of them had made their way outside, some seeming more nervous then others. Let's change things up this time around, shall we? I looked over Stephanie's shoulder to see she had made pairings for each I had never done before. "I think that will make for some interesting battles! Good choices!" I told her. "Thanks! Lets try it out." She replied, calling out to two of them in particular.

Nick's POV-
"Alright, Nick and Kitty, you guys are up first!" Stephanie yelled out to the two of us. I'm honestly shocked, normally we get paired with whoever our opposites are, but today is different. For some reason, it makes me a bit nervous. I had water floating slightly above my hand, ready for whatever stunt she attempts to pull on me. It quickly forms a waterfall that runs towards her. Panic seems to flash in her eyes, but her powers weren't activating, so she was submerged. To be fair, I was starting to worry too, she hadn't even gotten out yet. "Kitty! No!" Dawn screamed, I think he knows something we don't. All of a sudden, something went wrong, it felt different. The bright daylight we had before seemed to dissipate into night, a crescent moon hanging in the air. I got a glance at Kitty in the water, then started to back away. Unlike before, when she seemed to be drowning, she had come up from the water with glowing purple eyes. Two lighter purple crescent moons were where her pupils once were. She still seemed to be herself, but was breathing fast out of panic, coughing up water, then blood. The moon in the sky seemed to turn red in responce. A blood moon? I ran quickly towards her, trying to see if I could help in anyway, this battle needs to be stopped. I snapped, making the water dissaper. The sky went back to day, with Kitty slowly shifting back to normal.

Kitty's POV-
This was the worst pairing that could have happened. I have nothing against Nick, but only Dawn knows that I cannot swim. My powers had shifted into that awful mess in an attempt to save me. My breathing was still quick after it all, I had almost drowned under there. Everything seemed to switch back as everyone looked at me with horror, even the First Generation. Four of my friends looked at me, familiar with what just happened to me and scared for themselves, while everyone else but Nick was too shocked to speak. "Kitty, are you ok? What just happened there?" He asked, sticking out a hand to help me stand. I struggled to grab it as he pulled me up, but I was so afraid to speak. What is wrong with me!? I can't tell them what all of us had experienced last night. "Kitty?" Dawn repeated after Nick, coming over to wrap his arms around me. Without having control, I had bursted into tears. "Dawn... I... can't swim... almost drowned... guys... please..." I breathlessly got out, still trying to recover from the trama. I walked over to Tiffany to sit by her and breathe, Nick following close behind. What kind of demon did I just let consume me and my emotions? How do I even face them anymore?
