Max's POV-
Next up, me and Ross. I hope he's ready! I summoned a lightning sword, while Ross had a staff in his hand. "Ready?" I yelled, preparing for my first attack. He nodded. We both clashed, not using magic automatically, so we could figure out how it works. Clash by clash, we kept fighting. Finally, I had Ross beat. "Good match!" He said. "Agreed!" I yelled back to him, sitting down. Kitty sat up, went over to Ross, then whispered something in his ear. She smirked as she sat back down to see who was battling next. What did she say to Ross?
Adam's POV-
"Adam and Alesa next!" Jason yelled out. Yay me! I eagerly stepped out on the battle field, me with a bow, and Alesa with a fire whip. Every time I shot at her she blocked it with the whip. Block, block, blocked again. This went on for a good while. (I fired, and then I missed. This went on for several hours. 😝😉) Then Alesa had struck me down. "Good game!" I yelled, highfiveing her. "Same to you!" She said, us both going back to the others.
Ashlie's POV-
"Next up, Ashlie and Nick!" Jason yelled. I pulled out my staff, Nick had his trident. He kept trying to take a swing at me. I blocked them with my staff. Next thing I knew, I took the punches and he was the one on the ground. I grinned. "I win!" I yelled, holding my staff against his throat. I hopped back to my spot.
Shelby's POV-
"Shelby, Cory, you guys go up!" Jason yelled. I stood in my place, a sword in my hand, a scythe in his. "Ready to lose?" He whispered smirking. "Don't talk yourself down like that!" I said, smirking back, while readying my sword. (The true battle begins.) Hit, block, slide, step, dodge! The heat of the battle intensified. Just then, he scrapped my leg with the tip of the scythe. Right on an old mark. Just enough time for him to pin me down. He put his scythe around my neck and pulled me a bit closer, just to let me hit the ground and walk away. A rush of pink flickered on my face. Kitty ran around the place, squealing her heart out. "The ships have overpowered!" She screamed, joking as she dropped to the ground. We all laughed, and Dawn helped her up. Her face turned serious. "I know you hide among the shadows. Come out!" The person came out. Graser.
