Everyone went silent as the soft tinkled sound of glass was heard. They all had happy faces as they looked at the newly wedded couple who were preparing to give this time, their speech.
"Okay." the bride sighed as she looked at her husband, smiling. "Standing here in front of our favorite people in the world is such a wonderful and blessed day in our lives. Both of us-"she chuckled, "Both of us we're just friends at first and my husband here was still heartbroken-"
"But you fixed it." the groomed said.
"Hell yeah. I fixed it." the bride answered and everyone began to laugh. "Anyways, it was a quite a journey for us but, there are people who were really there for us from the first day we met until we finally call each other husband and wife. Gosh, they are so many people that we need to thank for. First and for most we would like to thank our parents for being so supportive of us through our wedding. My sister, Ginger, who've been my best friend ever since helped with all these decorations-you really did an amazing job with everything. I love you so so much."
"We would also like to give our greatest thanks to one person here who designed my gown and everyone's gowns." She extended her arms at the silver blonde person with a lilac color at the tips, who was grinning at them. "She's Psyche McGee and I'm pretty sure everyone read the article she made 3 months ago. She's with her fiance' Eros Harrington and they really flew here from New York and they're like one of our precious friends ever since we met them at the retreat."
Eros raised his glass towards Wendy and Robert. "Same here." Wendy and Robert chuckled and they did the same.
"They are so adorable." Psyche sighed, listening to the newly weds' speech.
"Yup. They are. But so are we." Eros said, wrapping his arms around her.
"You got that one right." She grinned at him. Eros chuckled and held her hand and kissed it before he continued to listen to Robert's speech.
She continued to stare at him, thinking about the last 3 months and how everything went well eventually. A glimmer caught her eye and she looked at the diamond ring on her finger. She smiled at it before she leaned her head on Eros' shoulder, thinking about her own wedding plans.
