Chapter 2
The next day, we got a call from Celia's mum saying that Celia was home, so I walk up to her house and knock on the front door. Celia answered and she looked so happy.
"Jai!" She says and gives me a big hug.
"Hey." I say and she invites me in. We sit in the lounge room on the big couch and watch a movie while catching up. Celia had nothing to tell me about, so I just talked the whole time.
"I heard your song. When you sang to me. It was beautiful." She say and I think I blushed.
"Thank you." I say with a smile.
"We should do something special." Celia suggests.
"Like what?" I ask.
"I don't know." She says.
"Well what do you want to do?" I ask.
"I want to go for a long walk. Because I haven't walked for six months." She says and we both stand up.
"You haven't done a lot of things in six months." I say and look into her eyes.
"I know." She says and I tell my mum we are going for a walk then we walk for a while.
"Has anything changed?" She asks.
"What do you mean?" I look at her, confused as hell.
"Like in Sydney or in Australia or in the world even." She says.
"Not really." I say.
"Oh okay." She says. We walk along the beach for a while.
"Did Jack come to the hospital when I was asleep?" She asks and I sigh. Why did she have to ask that?
"Yeah. Until you woke up. Then he chickened out and went back to London." I say and she looks at me.
"He's an idiot. He obviously didn't want to see me. Not like I care." She says and a tear rolls down her cheek.
"Auditions for The X Factor are next month." I say, changing the subject and nudging her shoulder.
"Yeah. I'll audition." She says with a smile.

Er. Short chapter. I'm sorry. I didn't have a lot of time this weekend. I had to go to my dad's friends place and my iPod died then my phone died and he stupidly didn't have a spare power point... which sucked.
