Chapter 12
Bailey brings back so many memories in the spam of five minutes. Her and Celia were completely different, yet they resembled each other in odd ways. Bailey was now my friend, I just hope she won't just disappear into thin air like Celia did. My phone starts to ring from a private number and I immediately pick up.
"Hello." I say.
No answer.
"Hello? Is anyone there?" I ask.
No answer.
I get frustrated with my phone and instead of throwing it at my wall, I carefully put the cracked screen face-down on my bed. I should call or at least text Bailey. I had upset her to a small degree and she probably thought I hated her. Even though I said I liked her as a friend, but I do. I like her, as a friend.
"Jai!" My mother yells and I hurry down the stairs to the kitchen.
"Dinner is ready." She says in a sweet voice. I chuckle at her sudden change of yelling to sweet voice and sit down at our small rounded dinning table. She gave me my plate with food on it as well as putting hers on the table.
"Can Bailey come over tomorrow?" I ask my mum as Bailey texts me if she can come over.
"She can come over whenever she wants." Mum says.
"Thanks." I say and text 'yes' to Bailey.
"Your girlfriends are always welcome here." She says.
"Mum! She's not my girlfriend!" I whine and she laughs.
"I'm only joking. I know she's not your girlfriend." She says, she starts to eat and so do I.
"When are you doing more writing?" She asks.
I don't know. The studio manager will call me when they are ready." I say. After dinner I run back up to my room and start to text Bailey again. I decide to listen to music and sing along. Hwen Celia was over she 'accidently' put One Direction music on my computer. Who knows why, but I'll most likely never know why. By the time it was 9 pm, mum came up to my room and told me to go to bed. Well, I had a shower. turned off the music, but I stayed up to talk to Bailey. Our conversation was normal and borning for a while until I decided to quote something Hazel or Augustus said from the book/movie 'The Fault In Our Stars'.
Her: So am I allowed to come over tommorrow?
Me: Yeah I told you earlier
Her: Okay
Me: Okay
An awkward silence came between us before I decided to say something,
Me: As quoted from The Fault In Our Stars 'Okay should be our always'
Her: Okay
Me: Okay

Sorry short chapter! I FINSHED ALL MY ASSIGNMENTS! I'm sorry.. I'm excited about it because that means I have more time to update.... :P
Anyways have you read/seen 'The Fault In Our Stars'...... SADDEST BOOK EVER. The ending is infuriating like 'An Imperial Affliction'.... too many questions.
