Chapter 11- Alpha Aubrey Garner of Sydney

Draco Stildoph P.O.V

I received a mindlink from Eliza "Two people are here claiming they are looking for their daughter Paige Garner." I looked at the sweet girl sitting on my lap. If her mother was an Alpha she would have taken her last name but her Aunt could have used her last name when she took her away. "What's your mother last name?" I asked and she started shaking "My mother is Alpha Aubrey Garner of Sydney. Why do you ask?" she demanded. I held her close to my body as she trembled and shook at the mere mention of her Mother. "Paige changed my name to her Mothers maiden name so they wouldn't find me but she kept the name Stone. When other kids were afraid of the dark, spiders or hights I was afraid of my mother. She was the only monster that filled my nightmares," she confessed. "Don't worry Rapunzel, I won't let you near those barbarians. I won't let you near your parents." I promised with every bit of sincerity in my body.

"I don't hate my Dad Mark Stone and if he is anything like Lucy Stone, my Aunt, I will love him. He was fighting against my Mother, he was trying to stop me from being sold. I would be perfectly happy to reconnect with him so long as she is kept far away." she spat. I never saw her have the look of hatred in her eyes that burned inside them now. She stood up and began walking to the doors of my office. She turned around and looked at me expectingly "Well, are you coming?" I laughed but I quickly stopped when I saw she wasn't joking. "Where?" I asked "to reunite with Mummy and Daddy," she snapped before turning on her heel before storming out of my office.

Paige Galena P.O.V

I drove to the pack house in Draco's car at least 20 kilometers higher than the speed limit. Draco clutched the sides of his seat looking at me like I had a dead chicken strapped to my head. I pulled into the garage of the pack house before storming out of the car. Draco ran in front of me and he grabbed my shoulders, stopping me in my tracks. I struggled against him and I tried to push past him towards the study where my parents were waiting. "Wait! Please, let's just calm down and talk about this," he pleaded. I wrapped my arms around his neck and I kissed him softly on his ear. I whispered "I can handle this. Just stand beside me, support me and use your Alpha voice if things get violent." I gave him small quick kisses leading to his lips before letting go of him and walking out of the garage.

I walked into Draco's office where my two people who I assumed to be my parent sat in front of Draco's desk with Beta Sam and Gamma Eliza standing on either side of them, scowls etched onto their faces. The man and the turned to look at me surprised before they became submissive when they saw Draco. They looked like me in many ways as my facial structure was almost identical to the woman sitting there. The man shared my green eyes but his held sadness and tiredness in them, unlike mine which still hold my light, my happiness and my youth in them. I assumed I got my blonde hair from Father but I couldn't tell as he had grey hair, unlike my mother who had brown hair. I walked to the other side of the dest and I sat in Draco's chair. He stood behind me with his hands rested protectively on my shoulders.

"Who gave you the mark?" my father asked, care in his voice and curiosity in his eyes. "I did" growled Draco and my parents drew their breath in quickly. They stared at us and my Mum snarled "So, you managed to snag an Alpha and the Alpha of Europe no less. Well, Mummy is so proud." She had angered Draco and it really wasn't smart to piss off Draco. I was pretty sure that if he hadn't been holding my shoulders he would have bet up my Mother. I personally am bathing in my Mother's shock and jealousy. "Father, how about we go talk in the other room while the Alphas talk," I ordered. I lead my Father into a private living that was meant for the Alpha King but not before whispering "be nice," to Draco and giving him a soft kiss.

The second we sat on the comfy couches in the private lounge Father asked "What happened to Lucy? What happened to my baby sister?" A pleading look way on his face and his he grabbed his hands in mine clearly begging me to tell all about my dead Aunt. Tears began to run down my face at an uncontrollable pace and sobs began to escape the clutches of my lips. "She was a Mother to me. A real Mum not a fake one like the one sitting in my mates office, no. She was a loving, fun and perfect replacement. Then she died and the one thing I was meant to be able to prevent happened to her. The moon goddess killed my wolf and she turned it into the power to heal all. My gift became useless when the one person I loved most in the world died. I called her best friend Maya Jones and she came to take me away. She brought me here and she gave me a home. Then I met Draco and yeah." I explained while my sobs steadily got quieter and more far apart.

"So my sister is dead?" Dad sighed. I just nodded and gave him an awkward and uncomfortable hug. I quickly separated from him before mumbling my goodbyes and heading into Draco's bedroom in the pack house. I mind linked Draco saying "Please come to bed, it has been a long and tiring day." I got changed one of the many pairs of pajamas in our shared closet before crawling into the soft haven of the sublimely comfortable bed. My intimate moment with the bed was interrupted by my mate storming into the room. "I am in love with your bed! Now could you please leave you are ruining date night." I joked and her clearly didn't see it that way as he looked mad. He pulled me onto his lap and kissed me very passionately. "Draco calm down. I was just joking I am not in love with your bed." I comforted. He stopped trying to kiss me for a second before asking "Do you love me?" I pushed his hair out of his eyes and stroked his cheek softly. "I can't," I saw hurt in his eyes before I explained "I don't know what romantic love feels like. I've never been in love before so how can I know if I am in love now?" He was clearly relieved that I was confused instead of being completely unable to lave him.

"If I did anything right in my life it was giving my heart to you. I not only love you but I love you for the person you make me. I love the part in me that you bring out. Some famous person once said if you like a flower you pick it but if you love a flower you water it every day. I love you Paige Galena. You don't have to say it back yet but I love you anyway. I love you Rapunzel." he assured me. "If you were a flower I would water you every day. Plus I have already said I love you to your wolf," I laughed. He began to kiss me again and that night we mated.

Hey, so they kind of said I love you. I didn't really count it when she told Lyall she loved him as it was kind of forced. They mated finally so now they are full mates and she will officially be Luna soon. We got to meet her parents and I hate her Mother so much.
