A woman picked up a tabloid on the newsstand, one of the headlines read:
“Erik Rodriguez Weds, Twice”
She reads the article.
Presidential son Erik Rodriguez finally weds controversial girlfriend/ social worker-turned model Roan Sanchez in Manila Cathedral.
Their love story has been tested several times after that controversial break up caused by a starlet model a year ago.
Erik and Roan separated ways for a year prompting both to leave Philippines. Erik went back to New York while Roan found luck in Paris and was discovered as a model while studying to be a chef. While Roan was in New York for a fashion show, her path crossed with ex-flame Erik and their love rekindled.
A week after they had a garden wedding in East Hamptons, Long Island, New York followed by a honeymoon in Santorini.
They went back to the Philippines to have a church wedding which they promised to share with family and friends here. The couple are said to settle down in the US and start their family there.
(A picture of their wedding was inserted in the article.) The woman reading the news bit her lip and puts the newspaper down.
She walked away and started twirling her hair, her dress stained with dirt and her hair is dry and sprawled all over her face. A putrid smell was coming from her.
She smiled and said…“Erik…Erik…” she danced and started walking away.
She missed another article on the paper, it reads: “Cassandra, former model-heiress broke out of Mental Hospital.”
