[Writer's POV]
Ash, Serena, and the rest of the parents was ready to go to bed. But Ash was getting a little worried about Jason's plan.
He looked at his phone to see a message from Laura.
Dad.
We have collected one of the Mega Stones. We are currently sleeping at Mallow's house, just so you know where we are right now. We are planning on searching other regions the next days. Stay safe, Dad. And Mom too.
-Laura.
''So, Jason has collected one of the Mega Stones.'' Ash said and showed Serena the message.
''Jason reminds me of someone i know too well.'' Serena said to Ash. He knew who she was talking about. ''And that someone is me, right?'' Ash asked.
Serena then pulled him closer for a hug. ''Yup. I love you, honey.'' she said.
''I love you too, honey.'' Ash replied as he wrapped his arms around Serena. and with that, they both fell asleep.
Sorry that this Side-Episode is short. I was feeling a little rushed.
