When I first saw you,
It took every ounce of me not to kiss you.
When I first heard you laugh,
It took every ounce of me not to fall in love with you
When I saw your soul-
It took every ounce of me.

❝You!❞ I cried, venom dripping from my voice.

❝Hey Bee,❞ he replied, giving me a crooked smirk.

What do you do when your best friend leaves you forever?

You cry, curse him to hell and back, think of five hundred different ways to kill him and hide the body, but eventually move on.

What would you do if he came back seven years later more handsome than any living being on the planet?

Hailey decided she was done with Maxon Stevens the day he broke her eleven-year-old heart.

But seven years later he returns, and he has decided that he hasn't finished with her heart just yet.

Why did he leave? What made him come back?

Join Hailey, Max and their crazy-ass friends on their journey through their final year in high-school. And maybe even through love.

Dear Readers:
I started writing this book when I was 16, so there are a lot of typos, grammatical mistakes, and character flaws so gaping that the story is bleeding ink.

I will rewrite it soon hopefully, probably after I've finished writing the book, but until then if you're coming from To Slow A Treacherous Heart and expecting something like that, or weary of grammar issues (I know I am) I would advice you not to read this book.

It's childish and immature in comparison to most (if not all) of my other books. I wrote this for fun, I wrote this for my friends. So, yeah.

If you do decide (against all odds) to go ahead, well, I can't stop you, so enjoy!

Lots of love,
HR (Wells)
