CHAPTER 15

Still Shawn's POV:

"Yo Nash what's up!" I said taking a seat at the table earning hello's from everyone.

"Hey Shawn. I'm.. ah better I guess." To be honest it was kind of awkward. No one was talking. The bell rang and everyone got up and walked to their class...

Nash's POV:

I decided to go to school today because people are going to start asking questions and wondering what happened to me. And my bruses are getting better and they barely show. It's been driving me insaine that I can't tell Alli what happened and why I didn't show up monday. When I saw her text I really wanted to answer but I couldn't. And when Cameron called me and said she was asking questions and shit, I was going insaine. I didn't see her in the cafeteria this morning so I don't know if she wasn't at school or she was just somewhere else. First period she wasn't in class. At recess I tried to find the guys but when the bell rang they came from outside. I went to second period and I honestly thought of ditching but I know my mom would find out about it. I was zoned out the whole time until the bell rang. Lunch time!!!! I grabbed my lunch out of my locker and walked to the cafeteria and joined the guys and April, Kenzi and Lily.

"So Alli's not here today? You guys know why?" It was silent for a few seconds until Shawn spoke.

"Yah, she uh kind of slept over at my place last night.." he said awkwardly.

"Oh really? Why?" Don't be jealous. Don't be jealous.

"She kinda had an argument with her dad and she had nowhere to go so she walked to my place."

"What!? She could've called us?" The girls whinned.

"Is she ok?" I asked in a more serious maner.

"Ya she's just really mad that no one is telling her anything. And she thinks you're avoiding her.."

"Shit.." I ran my fingers through my hair.

"Just go talk to her after school. She'll probably still be at my place."

"Ok."

Alli's POV:

I woke up to the birds singing and the sun shinning through the curtains. I yawned and took my phone off the night stand. Shit! School! Why didn't Shawn wake me up? Ugh whatever it's too late now. I got up and walked downstairs to see if anyone was home. I walked in the kitchen and saw a note on the refrigerator.

Allison,

Shawn didn't wake you up this morning because he thought you needed some rest. I'm at work and the kids are at school so if you need anything call Shawn's cell phone or my work (450-243-5098). Oh and if you hungry or need anything just help yourself.

I sighed and opened the fridge. I'm hungry. I got myself an egg and some fruits. I looked through the cupboards for a pan. I cooked my egg and put my fruit in my plate. I checked the time and it was 1:27, it's a bit late to be eating breakfast but I don't care. I finished up, rinsed my plate and put it in the dishwasher. I cleaned my pan and put it back where it belonged. I tried to make it look like no one was ever here. I went back upstairs and I changed into my clothes I put in my backpack. A large t-shirt and some leggings. What am I going to do for the rest of the day? I grabbed my phone and went downstairs to the living room and sat on the couch. I opened my phone and I started reading some fanfictions. I love to read those. I read for I don't know how long until I heard the keys in the lock of the door. The door opened and it was Mrs. Mendes. She had a grocery bag in hand and her purse on her shoulder.

"I'm in the living room." I yelled. She walked in a few seconds later and smiled.

"Hello dear. How are you feeling?"

"I'm good thanks, and you?"

"I'm good. How did you sleep?" She asked walking over to me.

"Well I didnt fall asleep until about 3:00 am. But I woke up at 1."

"That's good. I'm going to go prepare supper. Scream if you need anything." She laughed. She's so sweet.

I heard the front door open a few seconds later.

"I'm home!" That's Shawn. I changed position before he walked in.

"Hello." He smiled.

"Hey." I returned the smile.

"How was your day?" He asked putting his bag on the couch and sitting down beside me.

"Well I woke up at 1 so my day went by pretty fast." I gigled. "How was your day? Anything exciting happened while I wasn't at school?"

"Well Nash was finally at school today.. kinda sucks because you weren't.."

"Seriously?! Ugh fudge." I'm upset. I should've went to school.

"So... I should probably get going. I don't want to interupt your supper." I said getting up from the couch.

"Do you need a ride, my mom could drive you."

"No it's fine, I'll walk."

I walked upstairs and got my bag and put my clothes back into it. I zipped it up and swung it over my shoulder. And I went back downstairs. I walked into the kitchen to thank Mrs. Mendes.

"I'm going to get going now. Thank you for letting me stay."

"Anytime dear. You're welcome to come back whenever you'd like."

"Thanks again!" I said walking into the livingroom, Shawn still sitting on the couch. I walked past him to the front door. I turned around before opening the door. Shawn had followed me and is now standing infront of me.

"Thanks Shawn, for letting me stay. I appreciate it."

"Yah you're welcome." He looked into my eyes and dropped them to the floor.

"Bye see you Monday." I opened the door taking a step outside.

"Bye!" 

Shawn's POV:

I grabbed my phone in a rush and texted Nash. I told him Alli would be here after school and he wanted to come over and talk to her but she just left.

To: Nash

Yo Nash she just left my place, she's either going back to her place or... I don't know where she's going. Just try to find her.
