"Ahazu, I thought you only hunted demons." Bechard said as he descended to the ground. The bounty hunter face begin to morph into a wolf as he stared down my father.
"Don't meddle Bechard, Aphisos hired me even you can not beat him." Ahazu responded as pulled more blades from his waist. Bechard feet landed on the ground and he positioned himself between me and the bounty hunter.
"I could careless about who hired you. You hunt my seed." Bechard responded. The air around him changed as grey storm clouds started to pool at his feet. His hair that mirrored my own begin to stand up in the air behind him. Throwing a hand threw it he glanced over his shoulder at me. I was in awe, He actually appeared in front of me. He answered my prayers. Before anyone could see I wiped a tear from my eye and rose to my feet.
"Thank you." were the only words I was able to muster. Nodding his head, he turned back towards the bounty hunter whose entire body had changed into that of a wolf.
"I'll take care of this, you can regroup with your friends," Bechard said as he started towards the bounty hunter. I found myself unable to move. My father was really before me fighting on my behalf. The bounty hunter growled as he took off sprinting at my father.
"Don't take me so lightly Bech." The bounty hunter didn't even get the chance to finish the sentence. In one swift movement of Bechard's hand, Ahazu's neck snapped. The demon fell and slid across the ground stopping shy of Bechard's feet. Wiping his hands together he turned to me and smiled. Before I could open my mouth to speak his eyes slide over my shoulder to Sebastion, whose lifeless body was being held by Scarlet. In the blink of an eye, Bechard was standing over Sebastion. Scarlet let out a small yelp as the demon towered over her. Ignoring her he dropped down to the ground and lowered his head to Sebastian's chest. He let out a sigh of relief as he brought his head up from Sebastion's chest. Placing a hand over the wounds, clouds begin to pour from his palm into the hole in Sebastion's chest. My tattooed arm begins to tingle as my father increased the flow of power into Sebastion. Without much though my feet carried me over to the scene. Everyone including Xandra and Lucas kept their distance from my father as he healed Sebastion. Glancing over his shoulder I watched as the color slowly started to drain back into my brothers face. Suddenly his eyes flew open in a frenzy. Bechard stepped back and let Sebastion catch his breath. Clutching his chest Sebastion looked at our father than me, before his eyes returned back our father. His mouth dropped open as he lowered his hands from his chest.
"You came?" Sebastion said as attempted to stand. Bechard stepped forward and pressed a hand on Sebastion's shoulder stopping him from standing.
"Sit tight you still have time before you recover from that wound," Bechard said as he moved a couple strand pieces of hair from his face. Sebastion nodded his head as he brought another hand up to his chest.
"You healed me?" Sebastion asked as he glanced at the rest of our group.
"Yeah, well not exactly," Bechard said as he lowered himself to the ground. "I let you borrow some of my life energy until yours refills then it will return back to me." He said as he plucked a stray piece of grass. Sebastion patted his chest again before whipping a tear from his eye.
"Thank you." He whispered as he failed to hide the tears that streamed down his face. Before I knew it my face was covered in tears too. Dragging a hand across my face I flopped down beside Bechard and stared at him. He kept his eyes downcast at the piece of grass he rolled between his fingers. His brown hair was tucked soundly behind his ears. We did look a lot alike. He styled his hair differently than mine but our faces almost mirrored each other exactly. Unlike in my dream, his height far ascended my own. He was about Sebastion's height. Suddenly his eyes shot up and he returned my stares. We sat there is silence before he turned his eyes to the rest of our group. He smiled when he saw Zae and Shadow.
