Alex was really standing before us, although he had changed a lot over the past 3 years, I could identify my other half anywhere. A dark aura crackled and clouded around him as he took everyone in. He stood there in a formation with his followers, showing he was their commander. The lackey - standing the closest to him – had fiery red hair that defied gravity. He wore a smug grin on his face. Red leather trimmed with golden lace fit snug to his body. He must have been from a wealthy family. The person beside him had no traits that made him stand out, dull brown eyes that held no spark. Short choppy blonde hair fell on his forehead. There was an exact copy of him standing to his right only with blue hair gelled back; they were unmistakably identical twins. The men were just about to break ranks when Alex held his hand up.
"What are you doing here?" Zae barked the air pressure around him increasing as he took to the skies.
"I thought it about time I returned home? You didn't miss me?" Alex said smirking at our older brother. Zae didn't take the joke well, responding with a gust of wind aimed in the direction of Alex and his followers. Raising a single hand, Alex vibrated the air in front of him causing the the attack dissipate.
My powers spiked sharply from under my skin - longing for its other half - who's standing barely 30 feet away. A slow smile crept across Alex's face for he felt it too.

"Please do not kill them," were the words that formed on Alex's lips as he dropped his hand. The red-haired fool jumped a clear 15 feet into the air and dealt a crushing blow to Zae's jaw almost knocking him out of the sky. His wings caught the breeze and pulled him up higher raising him above his foe. He pulled his arm back to deal a blow but the fire headed man caught it and threw another one. He was truly amazing. A bone cracking sound flooded the battlefield and brought me to my senses; Shadow was in a battle with one of the twins. Shadow's feet dangled from the ground, this man was taller than I had expected. With ease, he tossed Shadow over his head. Never missing a beat, he leaped up and slammed both of his fists into Shadow's back, plunging him back to the ground.

"Shadow!" I felt my power leave my fingertips and it struck true, connecting with the strangers chest. The creature released a deafening screech, sounding nothing of the human race. My skin chilled and crawled as he collapsed to the ground. I ran to Shadow's side and looked down at him. His chest rose and fell in a steady rhythm, he was alive. Getting so caught up in the moment, I forgot there was another twin.  I jumped from where I was squatted beside Shadow and began to search for him. He stood in the same spot unmoved.

"Are you ready?" His voice was smooth, unlike his brother. He let off a different aura also no visible power showed, but an uneasy feeling hit me when I stepped forward and nodded. He stepped forward and disappeared. I searched behind me for a trace; he must have some teleporting abilities. My stomach exploded with pain, as he appeared right in front of me. Jumping backwards, I hardly dodged the kick that would have broken my nose. This wouldn't be easy, charging the guy, I threw a number of punches that man easily dodged. A smile slowly spread across his face as he jumped up into the air. I realized then, he didn't have teleporting abilities, he was just very fast, but I was faster. Channeling my lightning down into my feet, I sprang after him. Rapidly closing the distance between us, I pulled the lighting from my feet into my hands, causing electric currents to race along my knuckles,
This would do.
Finally closing the gap, I dug my lighting endured fisted into my foes face, striking his jaw over and over. The strangers face felt like I was beating on a wall but I didn't stop. The man went completely still before his body fell to the ground, leaving a small crater. At that moment more then anything I wish I could fly like my elder brother. Landing like a rock, I rolled until a tree root stopped my journey. I rose to my feet and looked for the newly knocked out lackey of Alex's. He laid on the ground still unmoving from my last blow. Another bone crushing sound brought my attention back to the sky.

All of the power that was welded up inside of me dissipated, Zae was getting destroyed. The red-haired man was a blur around Zae. Blood dripped from my brother's mouth that boldly stained the front of his shirt. The man smiled while he slowly pounded my brothers face. My powers sparked back to life at that moment. Raising my hands overhead I let go of a beam of lightning aimed at the fiend that attacked my brother so savagely. He sensed the attack coming and dodged it, by jumping off of Zae's body plunging my brother into a death spiral. Repeating my actions from earlier I jumped into the air to catch Zae before he hit the ground. He was bad off, blood poured from a smile cut under his left eye, bruises were already starting to surface all over his face.

"Aye Master, your twins not off limits right?" The stranger asked looking back at Alex.

"No, only the kids." Alex said eyes cutting in Jamal and Scarlet's direction. Accepting Alex's order, the man spun on his heels. Our eyes locked and he began to walk towards me. Like a lion on its prowl, he stepped over his fellow teammates not even checking to see if they were ok.

"I'm Firestar, nice to make your acquaintance." His voice had a weird accent to it, like no one I've ever heard before. He stared at me like he was waiting for something. " Your name is?" He waved his hand in a very funny manner.

"It's no concerning matter of yours, let's get this started." I said placing Zae on the ground behind me, before charging Firestar. He threw his two up and we began to exchange blows. He was strong beyond belief; every blow left me seeing white spots. He wasn't trying to dodge me, letting me get licks in as well. This was by far his worst mistake. His moves were very readable. I easily dodged most of his advances.

This would finish it. He threw another blow and I once again dodged it. Summoning all of my power into my feet again, I jumped up and kicked him, catching Firestar right under his jaw. Firestar's head slumped back with a crack, as he remained standing. Landing back on the ground and I tried to finish it.

Throwing three more lighting laced punches to the chest, but only two connected before his head snapped forward and he grabbed my fist. Rage filled his eyes as heat surged through my hand.

"I'm going to make you pay for that!" He brought his foot up and kicked me in my chest sending me flying back. My back slammed into a different tree this time. I felt myself trying to pass out but I couldn't. I had to stop this man. A heat wave hit me, as Firestar grew closer. He reached down into his boots and withdrew two daggers. Fire raced down his arms onto the blades and I felt true fear. Who was this monster? Why did Alex bring him to our home? My eyes closed and I dropped to my knees. A loud clap echoed through the opening, which in turn caused the temperature to fall back to normal. I opened my eyes and to find Firestar smiling at me as he retreated to Alex's side. The two twins both rose from their position on the ground, unfazed by my earlier attacks, and walked over Alex. With everyone now back in formation Alex stepped forward.

"Are you ready to talk now little brother?"
