The next morning, Marinette awoke with a dream of being chased by what seemed to be a thousand buzzing bees. She tried to ignore it and go back to sleep, but it was irritating. When her consciousness snapped her to reality, she turned her head toward the source of the buzzing noise.
Her phone was blowing up with angry texts from Alya. Unsure of what was happening, she started a phone call with her best friend and lazily dropped the phone on her face, causing her to mumble out an "ouch."
"Marinette, have you seen the screenshots?! Have you seen the front cover of the newspaper?! Have you SEEN THE FRONT COVER OF YOUR FAVORITE FASHION MAGAZINE?!?" Alya screamed into the phone, which was killing her best friend's ear.
"Alya, I just woke up. I didn't see anything. What's happening?" She muttered sleepily into the phone.
"FABIO IS WHAT HAPPENED!! I SWEAR, IAMGOINGTOLAUNCHHIMOFFTHEEIFFELTOWERTHENEXTTIMEISEEHIM!!!!!" Alya yelled angrily, but with her speedy pace, Marinette was barely able to catch the last part of what she said.
"What did that bonehead do now?" The sleepy girl sat up, rubbing her eyes as she put Alya on speaker.
"Look at the screenshots!! He already got your designs on the front cover of Miraculous Fashions Magazine!!"

Her breath fell short once she saw the cover of her favorite magazine from one of the screenshots Alya sent her. Her nose crinkled and she cringed at her ex-fiancé. Not only did he totally steal her designs, but he even managed to ruin Adrien's reputation as well.
