Victoria's Point Of View
It was now Saturday, February 25th and it was my birthday. I woke up in my heaven. Dustin's arms felt natural to be around me. I turned to look at his face, he looked at me with a smile.
"Happy birthday, beautiful." He reached behind him, bringing out a package.
"You didn't have to get me anything." He shrugged and put the gift in my hands.
"I wanted to." I sat up, with his arm still around me and him carefully watching my expression. I carefully took off the packaging. I took off the lid and gasped. Inside was a golden heart.
"This is beautiful." I gasped. I opened the heart, gingerly. On the side was 'i love you' in script.
"I absolutely adore this, Dustin. It's...it's impeccable. Will you put it on me?"
"Of course." He clasped it around my neck and I turned to him.
"Does it look okay?"
"It looks amazing." He smiled and I hugged him.
"I love you so much." I kissed him softly.
"I love you too. But I better go. Your family is coming in." He left out of my window.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" My family yelled as they came into my room.
"Thank you!" I smiled gratefully at them.
"You better get ready sis. Your party is soon." Nate smiled and hugged me, then my family left.
"Okay." I showered then got ready for my party.
"Oh honey you look beautiful!" My mom took a picture. I followed her into the kitchen.
"Thanks mom. Are you crying?" I wiped away a tear.
"You're growing up so fast." She whispered and I hugged her.
"The guests will be here any moment." Dad chuckled, Mom pulled away.
"I love you." Mom caressed my cheek, and the doorbell rang.
"I love you too, mommy." I smiled as the Kristen, Logan and Dustin entered my house.
"Where do we set the presents down?" Kristen asked, as they followed me outside.
"On the table." Dustin wrapped his arms around my waist.
"It's nice to see you again." He whispered, a smile in his voice. "You look stunning."
"Thank you." My cheeks heated slightly, turning around in his arms.
People starting coming quicker and quicker. Everyone stopped by me to say 'happy birthday'. Most of the Junior and Senior class was here, Amanda and Lauren came up to me, all smiles.
"Happy Birthday girl!" They said in unison, pulling me out of Dustin's arms.
"I'll be back." I told Dustin, he smiled and nodded before I was pulled away.
"Someone is in love!" Lauren joked, playfully. I giggled.
"That I am." I didn't want to ruin my birthday with fighting with her.
"You better go mingle." Amanda and Lauren hugged me and then they left.
"Happy Birthday." A familiar voice said from behind me, I turned around smiling.
"Luke, you're actually wearing a shirt." I hugged him and he chuckled at my joke.
"Here." He handed me a knit bracelet, it was light green knit in with emerald.
