Victoria's Point Of View
I rushed home and as soon as I parked, I jumped out of the car and ran to Nate's room, grinning.
"NATE!" I laughed, jumping on his bed.
"What do you want woman?" He asked as I fell and sat beside him.
"I know about Luke!" Nate looked at me like I had five heads.
"How?"
"He kinda sorta told me without telling me." I grinned.
"Why are you smiling? Aren't you...scared?"
"Was I scared of him a month ago?"
"Not that I know of." I just grinned and hugged him.
"Isn't it...cool?" I asked, smiling.
"Yeah. That's what it is. Cool." He said, sarcastically, grabbing his keys out of my hand and getting up.
"What's wrong? Where are you going?"
"Out." He said and left the house, upset. I sighed, what did I do? I figured he would have to cool off and then come back and everything would be okay. I started doing my homework and then I realized how late it had gotten, I went downstairs and started making dinner for Nate and I. I figured I would make his favorite, buttered pasta. It was simple and easy and he would definitely forgive me for whatever I had done after this, and as the water was boiling my phone rang; I didn't check the caller ID when I answered saying, "Hello?"
"Baby? Baby! Hi!" Andrew exclaimed.
"Hey..."
"Are you mad at me?"
"Was I ever?"
"I guess not. Well, I'm not mad at you!"
"That's good." I giggled, thinking of how scared he must be of Nate.
"I'm sorry." He said, sincerely.
"It's okay, Andrew."
"So, what are you doing?"
"Making dinner. You?"
"Just hanging out. It's 7:00. You didn't have dinner yet?"
"Nah, I just got back like 30 minutes ago and then Nate left, whatever."
"You got back? Um..from where?" He asked, trying to keep his voice down.
"Luke's house."
"If you don't mind me asking...why did you go to Luke's house?" I sighed.
"Actually, I do mind you asking." I said as Nate walked in the door, throwing his keys on the counter as I put the noodles in the water.
"Oh. Okay."
"I gotta go, Andrew. I'll see you tomorrow."
"Okay bye baby." He said, as I hung up and put my phone on the counter.
"Andrew? What did he want?" Nate asked, sitting on the counter.
"Nothing." I said, taking out two plates, putting two napkins and two forks on top and putting them on the table.
"Did he apologize?"
"Yeah, and asked if I was mad at him."
"Did you tell him to go to hell?" Nate grinned and I giggled.
"No, set the table for me?"
"Sure." He said setting out the plates and utensils, "What is for dinner?"
