Chapter 17~Rejection

Sav's POV

Do you ever know that feeling, when your crush rejects you and you reject the person who likes you.

That person is stubborn. Who has been hurt and just hurting other people which she was meant the world to them.

That person was me.

My thoughts were full of doubts. Yes. You might be thinking what I'm thinking.

I rejected Oli.

The past few days where he sent me to a beautiful;not just beautiful but a wonderful place which ended up.. I turned him down.

"Why did you take me here?"

"I have to tell you something."

"What is it?"

"I love you"

"Oli, I-"

"What?"

"I'm sorry. I just love someone else.. It's not.. you."

"No. It's okay. I understand."

His eyes were full of sadness and pain.

I'm very sorry Oli..

I never meant for this to happen but I don't love you.

I felt so much doubt. I just hurt someone. He didn't deserve that treatment. I sighed.

I felt like my mind was gonna explode.

He doesn't talk to me. He never replies to me on kik, twitter, fb and not even on text messages.

"Hey Sav. Are you listening?" Clow snapped me out back to reality and gave me a softening look.

"Uh-huh." I stated trying to remain calm.

"Something's bothering you lately. 1st, you don't listen to Professor's lectures. 2nd, you don't even listen to our silly jokes from Sam and I. Lastly, you can't even listen to what I'm saying especially right now, since I'm tutoring you right now."

"You even sigh in random places and random times. And you look sad and pale." She stated in a matter-of-fact tone.

I gave her a genuine smile so that she'll see that everything's fine.

"Something's off with you. Care to share?" She said rubbing my back.

"I rejected him."

"Who?" She stated cluelessly.

"My S.A. which turned out to be.. Oli." I stated sadly. She gave herself a smile and said,"Oh yeah Oli! You deserve that!"

I shook my head.

"Clow. You don't understand. He doesn't deserve that." I explained everything to her and she returned a sad face.

"I'm sorry, Sav." She stated. Suddenly, a car beeped behind us. It was probably time for her to go.

I waved her goodbye and she returned a smile.

"Hey, Sav." I heard a familiar voice which makes me relaxed everytime I hear it.

"Jazz!!" I came up to her and hugged her. Without her being surprised, she hugged me back.

I suddenly sobbed. She probably knew what I was feeling right now because she didn't ask. Instead, she rubbed my back slowly.

"Shhhhh.." She stated making me stop sobbing. She hummed me a lullabye called:"Goodnight My Angel"

She hummed until I stopped sobbing.

"Thanks a lot!! Jazz!" She gave me a smile. Her beautiful eyes looking like she didn't have any emotions.

"So, how are you and Ralph?" I asked to change the topic to a gossip kind of thing.

She blushed.

"U-umm.. pretty good." I raised my left eyebrow up.

"That isn't good enough! C'mon!! Tell me tell me!" I asked acting like a 6 year old kid.

"He asked me to be his gf." My eyes widened up as she said those 7 words and 18 letters.

"You said yes?" I asked;which was more of a statement.

"Of course." She said excitedly.

"Oh, it's 6:30pm. You want me to drive you home?" She stated kindly. I shook my head.

"No, you go ahead." I gave her a smile. She nodded and went to her Trailblazer.

I looked at a dark hallway and saw a silhouette of a tall guy.

A serial killer?!

I ran as fast as I could as I noticed he bragged my hand quickly.

"Sav it's me. Sam." I hugged him quickly of all the fear in my body. He hugged back.

"Don't scare me like that you dimwit." I tip-toed to reach the top of his head and messed his hair.

"Oh did I? I'm sorry.. child." He said sarcastically.

"Oh did I? I'm sorry.. child." I mumbled with a girly voice just to tease him back.

"I'm sorry, what?" He pretended he didn't hear me.

"There's no way you would make me repeat that." I stated pretending to be impatient.

"Oh really." He stated in annoying tone.

I snorted.

"Whatever. You heard me." I stated making him fear me more which turned to an unexpected burst of laughter.

"Laugh all ya want. I'm going home." I said irritated.

"Ya want to have a ride with me?" He asked like a gentleman.

"Nah. I'm good." I stated waving
