Chapter Seventy Four

Room 14 was stunning, if you can imagine a stately home, or a luxurious hotel bedroom, well room 14 was just like that.
Our cases were in our room as promised.
"Shit me?!" My mouth fell open as I spotted the huge four poster bed.
"Nice huh?" Gary slipped off his jacket and sat on the bed to pull off his shoes. He paired them together neatly, grabbed his jacket, stood and walked over to the dressing table, dropping them under the table and placing the jacket neatly on the back of a chair. Shoving his hands in his pockets he starts to pace the room.
As I start to undress I notice Gary pent up face.
"Babe, look you're exhausted, let's get some sleep yeah?"
"neeerrrr...I'm past tired..but you go ahead. I'll go downstairs for a bit.
"Ok Babes, please try not to worry..we'll catch them.. I promise." It was now my turn to reassure Gary. It killed me to see him so upset.
"Don't be long ok? You need rest!" I walked towards him and wrapped my arms around his neck and stood on tippy toe to plant a soft kiss on his pink lips.
"GOD YOU STILL SMELL LUSH!" I grinned. Gary replied by playfully smacking my bum as he turned to leave the room.
After he'd gone, I had a mosey round the room, found the en suite. Gosh I looked a fright..how was Gary attracted to me looking like this..?? I had a cool wash to rid of my make up, and tied my hair back into a bun. After returning to the bedroom I rummaged through the case for my toiletry bag. Going back into the bathroom I brushed my teeth.
The crisp clean sheets felt glorious against my bare skin. I'd never slept in a four poster before, this one was complete with the proper silk see through curtains you see on old films. Crawling out of the sheets I untied and pulled all the curtains around the bed...enclosing myself in my little cocoon. A smiled beamed on my face...this was my kind of bed!!

As my eyes adjusted to the still darkened room, I knew I'd been asleep, but It couldn't have been for long. Squinting, I saw 3:46am on the clock. Turning my head to Gary's side of the bed..it was empty.

Flicking back the sheets and the curtain, I fumble through Gary's case for a shirt to sling on. I put on a creased up Baby blue one, which smelt of his delightful aftershave.
Plodding along the corridor trying to remember where the stairs were, I switched on my phone for some light to see where I was going, as I grew nearer to the end of the corridor I could hear soft piano keys playing a very familiar song. Finding the stairs I slowly and silently descend the staircase, following the sound of the music I began to hear his soft romantic voice singing my favourite tune. I finally got to the doorway and stepped inside the open door, low level lighting filled the room as he gently sang away.

My fan in me took over and I started singing softly ....

'....now my dreams are filled, with times that we're together...that's what I need from her....is foreeever lovvve'
He didn't turn or stop playing...he knew! And when I reached him folding my arms around his neck from behind him...I caught a glimpse of a smile on his face. Only then did he stop playing...and he swivelled round on his stool and his eyes lit up as he saw my naked legs, moving up to see his shirt on my naked skin...a mischievous grin adorned his face.

"Enough singing Mr Barlow...Bedtime!"
"Fuck, you look sexy in that shirt!" he growled rising from the stool and slowly I backed off as he inched his way forward.
"I look even nicer OUT of it!" I teased biting my lip and trailed a hand up my thigh, flashing a tad more flesh.
His pace stepped up and I braced myself to receive him...only to find him speeding past me whispering "race ya!" And heading towards the stairs.
"Oh no you don't BARLOW!!..." I said running after him, muttering a "GRRRRRRR" too as I knew he would beat me upstairs!!
