DREW'S POV
"What do you mean you'll come with me if I go out of state?" She asked.

"We'll get a small house or apartment." He said.

"You'd do that for me?" She asked.

"Yes. Of course. I'll be there waiting for you everyday after class to ask how your day was." I said.

"Drew, that's the nicest thing anyone's ever said to me." She said.

"Really?" I asked.

She nodded.

"I'm glad I can be here for you." I said.

"I'm so grateful for you." She said.

"So am I." I whispered.

I laid down next to her.

She put her head on my chest.

This is how it should be.

This is how it should've been.

"What's today?" She asked.

"The sixteenth." I said.

She checked the time.

"I have tumbeling in half an hour!" She exclaimed getting up She ran to her closet and got shorts and a shirt out.

She ran into her bathroom and changed.

She headed for the door.

"Baby, you're not going out like that." I said.

"Why not?" She asked.

"It's thirty degrees out." I said.

She came back and put on sweatpants and a sweatshirt.

She threw her Uggs on and headed out.

"You can come with me if you wish." She said getting in her car.

I shrugged and got in the passenger seat.

She pulled into a parking spot and threw her hair up into a high ponytail.

It's been so long since I've seen her tumble.
