DREW'S POV
I didn't leave Chloe's house last night.I don't want to leave her alone.
I don't know what she'll do if she's left alone.
But I miss her.
I miss the happy Chloe.
Where's the girl who'd try to do the most cartwheels possible?
Where's the girl who'd scream her lungs out to Mr. Brightside?
I knew she had slight depression but she was always able to repress it.
But then again, how much repressing is too much?
I held her.
She just bursts out into tears sometimes.
She keeps apologizing for her bipolar disorder.
I keep her close to me.
"Do you know what's going to happen to you?" I asked.
"Yeah. I'm not going to college." She said.
"What?! Why?!" I asked almost yelling.
"They say that I'm technically a legal adult and I don't need to stay with either one of them. My college funds are going to an apartment." She explained.
"What about Juilliard?" I asked.
"I'm flattered but I really want to be a teacher." She said.
I hold her tighter.
This can't be happening to her.
She needs to go to college.
She needs a miracle.
I feel a tear on my shirt.
I wipe them away.
"It's all my fault." She whispered.
"No it's not. I used to think that too. But sometimes two people aren't meant for each other." I said.
"But we are." She whispered.
"You got that right, baby girl." I said.
"I love you so much." She said kissing my cheek.
"I love you so much more, angel." I said.
