DREW'S POV
I get to go home today! As much as I loved filming and performing, home is definitely where the heart is.
But I can't wait to come back in July!
I board my flight.
I looked out my window and whispered, "I'm coming home, baby."
I finally landed in New York.
Before I visit my mom, I go see my new house just out of curiosity.
I look back at my texts to see what number we are.
We're on the top floor.
I find the number and knock on the door.
I hear movement.
Chloe opens the door.
"Baby." I said hugging her.
"I missed you." She said.
It felt good to hold her again.
"I did go furniture shopping without you." She said.
"Please tell me you didn't buy that couch." I said.
"No I bought this." She said closing the door slightly over.
It was a small stool.
"Why?" I asked.
"Because I'm too short to see out of the peephole and I'm not opening the door to strangers." She said.
I laughed.
"I could always just pick you up." I said.
"Yeah but what if you're not home?" She asked.
"Fair point." I said.
"I just can't believe I'm finally starting my own life." She said.
"I'm just happy to be apart of it." I said.
"Cause I wouldn't want to live with anyone else." She said.
"My baby girl." I said kissing her.
I loved how she always had to go on her toes and grab on to me to kiss me.
