A couple of days passed. No jobs made me really bored. I guess I just had to do something. So, I plugged my earbuds in, and went to the basement of Bobby's house. He had a few weights, and a punching bag. It'll be a nice work out.
I started to stretch out my legs. Then my arms. Before I started to smell like one of Dean's socks, I ran upstairs to grab water. I pretended not to notice Dean standing in the kitchen. He seemed like he just woke up, sipping on coffee. Hah. I was up earlier, so I got the fresh coffee.
I ran back down the stairs, actually paying attention to the music playing in my ears. 'Sugar, We're Going Down' by Fall Out Boy blasted through the cheap earbuds. I nodded my head as I began my workout. Start simple.
Weights.
I placed 20 pounds on each side of the bar, and slipped under it on the press bench. I counted in my head; one, two three, four... I went up to ten. I took a few seconds to catch my breath. Then went back to doing ten more. I guess I really haven't done this in a while. I started to hum, then sing quietly to AC/DCs 'Back in Black'.
"Let loose from the noose
That's kept me hanging about
I keep looking at the sky cause it's gettin' me high
Forget the hearse cause I'll never die
I got nine lives cat's eyes
Using every one of them and runnin' wild
Cause I'm back
Yes I'm back well I'm back
Yes I'm back
Well I'm back back
Well I'm back in black
Yes I'm back in black
Back in the back of a Cadillac." I continued to hum.I picked myself up from the bench, and went to the small shelf that held the bandages for wrestling. I wrapped my hands, and ankles. I started to bounce on my heels a little. I threw a kick, making the punching bag move a little. I switched legs, kicking it with as much force as I could. I packed in a few more kicks, creating the bag to swing a little more. I steadied the bag, holding it for a few minutes.
I went to grab some water, when my bottle wasn't there. I saw a pair of black boots standing where a bench was. I looked up, seeing Dean with a smug look on his face.
I pulled my earbud from my ear, and my iPod on the bench, "Hi."
"Having fun? I mean, beating the crap outta that bag, and listening to AC/DC?" He replied.
I snatched my water from his hand, chugging the whole thing, "Yes, I am. It's wonderful to take out rage and stuff without yelling your vocals out."
He rolled his eyes, "Well, I haven't been in a fair fight in awhile. Wanna skirmish?"
"Fine, but when I kick your ass, you owe me pie." I played a fair game.
"What's in it for me? If I win?"
"Anything." I thought, "Except for sex."
I heard him curse under his breath. I chuckled. We both ran up the steps. I removed the white bandages from my hands, then stopped at the top of the steps. I unwrapped my feet, and caught up with Dean. He was standing outside, in the dirt, with no shirt on, his sweatpants, and barefoot .
"This fair?" He asked.
"Considering that I'm wearing a sports bra, and shorts, sure."
I walked up to him, standing across from him. We got in our stances, and I stayed where I was. I waited for the first move. Dean, being the stupid person he was, charged at me. I moved out of the way, causing him to nearly fall. With him in his position, I took my knee and pushed him forward, making him land face first into the dirt. He threw his arm back, allowing me to grab it, and pin it behind his back. He grunted. I pulled his upward, causing him to tap out.
I got up from his back, and watched as he stretched out his arm. I laughed as he looked at me.
"Best two out of three." He grunted.
