[A/N]: this is just a little something, and it's not part of any episode

*Your POV*
I leave Betty's house after about an hour of her crying and us talking. I know that what she did was bad, but I have to be her friend in this. I go back to my apartment and plop down on my bed. My phone dings and I groan. I look at it and it's Rose.

Rose❤️🌹:
Want to come over for dinner? Maybe help plan the wedding?

To Rose❤️🌹:
Oh my God yes, please!

Screw relaxing. I get up from my bed and get into my car. I start driving and then realize something. They haven't met Jughead yet. I guess, the last time that I saw her, I had told them that we'd broken up. But I don't think that they'll mind if I bring him right? Hopefully not. I call his number. After it rings a couple times, he answers. "Hey."

"Hey, [Y/N]. What's up?" He asks.

"Are you busy?"

"Not right now, no. Why?"

"Well, I was wondering if you wanted to meet my sister?"

"Oh yeah, that'd be great. Are you going right now?"

"Yeah. I can pick you up."

"That sounds great. I'm excited."

I chuckle, "Yeah, me too." I start driving to his trailer.

"So, what should I do?"

"What?"

"To impress her?"

I laugh, "You won't need to impress her." I think for a second, "Actually, now that I think about it, you might need to. I had told her that we split up because you were going to another school a while ago, so.."

"Got it. But I'm glad that we got back together."

I beam, "Yeah, me too." I pull up to his trailer, "I'm here."

"I see you. Coming out now."

"Okay," I hang up and put my phone in my pocket. The door opens and he comes out. I smile and he gets in. "Ready?"

He nods, "Yep." I back up from his trailer and drive towards Rose's neighborhood. "Okay, really what should I do?"

I look over at him, "Are you nervous? Is Jughead Jones nervous?" I tease and laugh.

He doesn't even try to defend himself, "Okay yeah," he looks down.

"Don't worry, just be yourself. I," I tilt my head, "honestly don't know much about her...I just know that she loves to cook, so if you eat her food then you're good."

"I'm very capable of doing that." We both laugh. I pull up to her house. "Nice house."

I nod, "Yeah, it is."

"How old is she?" We both get out of the car.

"Mm, in her twenties," we walk up to her door and I knock on it. She answers.

*Jughead's POV* (not really sure why I'm doing this, but ig it's just to see what he thinks of her idk)

Her sister opens the door, "[Y/N]!" She pulls her into a hug. They must be really close. It's kind of weird, because [N/N] said that she didn't know much about her. Oh well, it's probably not important right now. Her expression fades when her eyes meet mine, "Who is this?" She breaks the hug.

"This is Jughead, my boyfriend." [Y/N] says. I think my palms are slightly sweating. I think it's because she didn't look happy to see me or something.

"Wait you guys got back together?" She asks, letting us in.

"Yeah, we did."

"It's nice to meet you," I say.

"Hm," she looks at me. Her eyes examine my body. "Are you capable of dating my sister?"

"Rose!" [Y/N] says.

"Yes, I am," I nod.

"I know that you guys broke up, was that your fault?" Rose asks, crossing her arms.

"Okay Rose, seriously?" [Y/N] says. I quietly chuckle.

"What's so funny?"

"Nothing, ma'am. Er, I mean Rose. There was some miscommunication between our break up, but I'm happy to be with your sister." I put my arm around [Y/N].

"Hm.."

"What's going on here?" A guy asks, coming from the living room. He's a little taller than I am. Maybe 6'?

"Gunner, Jughead," [Y/N] points at me, "Jughead, Gunner. This is my boyfriend and this is Rose's fiance."

"Nice to meet you, man," he says, shaking my hand.

"Same to you."

"Rose giving you a hard time?" Rose looks over at him and bumps his arm with his elbow. "Ow! Right, sorry," he puts his arms up in surrender.

I chuckle, "No, she's great."

"Well come on in," he says, walking into the living room. We all follow. He and I both sit in chairs opposite from the couch. We all make small talk, and I learned a little more about them. I also got to meet their baby, Luci. She's as cute as any baby could be. It's about 5:30 or so, and Rose invited me into the kitchen to make dinner, and probably to smack talk me more.

"So," she starts, as she's cutting up some carrots. I look over at her. "School treating [Y/N] well?"

I nod, "I think so, yeah."

"Hm. Okay," she's said that a lot in the past couple hours. "It's just, I want her to feel safe, you know?"

"Of course," I grab some plates from a cupboard, "why wouldn't she?"

"Just, from not being treated the best when she was in middle school and living in [pick a place]."

A confused look grows on my face, "What?"

She stops chopping carrots and looks at me, "Wait, she never told you?"

"Told me what.?"

She sighs and looks back down at the cutting board, "She wasn't treated like she should've been." She continues to cut carrots, "She would get made fun of at school for the stupidest reasons." I keep listening to her while getting potatoes out of the fridge. "After a while, she got into depression. I never should've left her."

"What do you mean, leave her?" [Y/N] never told me about this.

She sighs again, "I ran away here with Gunner after I finished high school. I couldn't live back home," she pours the carrots into a salad bowl, "our parents would barely take care of us, and I had barely graduated. I thought that [Y/N] could handle her years of high school," she nods, "but sometimes she would call me and she would just be crying over the phone. I told her to run somewhere far away, and so when she had just got her license, she told me that she drove far away." She wraps some potatoes in tin foil and puts them onto a cooking sheet. "So, I had found out that she moved here when I was looking at Riverdale High's website. That's when I reached out to her." She takes a deep breathe, "I'm sorry." I look over at her, "That was a lot. That should've been her story to tell. But, just please take care of her. I know that you guys are going to different schools and all but, I don't want anything happening to her. She's all I have left."

I nod, "Of course. She has lots of friends that would take care of you, I promise."

She nods, "Okay. Thank you."

I give her a smile and nod. I look back down and wrap another potato in tin foil. I look to my right and see my beautiful [Y/N] playing with Luci, as happy as ever.
