*Jughead's POV*
The alarm on the fridge goes off, signaling that the potatoes are ready. I get up from my chair and go into the kitchen. I get the potatoes out of the oven. The thought of [Y/N] getting bullied keeps coming into my mind. I know that she had run away because she didn't have caring parents, but I didn't know the other story. Whenever I'm around her she seems totally fine, and happy. That's how I want her to feel for the rest of her life. I don't want her to be sad all the time, I hate seeing people like that. I snap out of it and put the potatoes onto different plates. Rose comes in and grabs different things to put on the potatoes like cheese and sour cream. We both go back out and everyone's sitting at the table.
"Oh, Luci are you ready for your potato?" [Y/N] says in a cute baby voice. Luci nods and claps, making [Y/N] laugh. Rose and I set a plate in front of everyone. I sit down across from [Y/N] and Luci, while Rose and Gunner are at the other ends. Time flies of eating, talking and telling jokes. [Y/N] and Rose take turns feeding Luci. We all enjoy each other's company for a while. When we finish, we all sit on the couch. [Y/N] gives Luci to me and she's sitting on my lap. She looks up at my head and touches my hat.
"Oh, Luci," [Y/N] starts.
I chuckle, "It's okay," I look down at her. "Do you want to see it?" She doesn't say anything but I take my hat off anyways. I give it to her and she plays with it a little. Turning it inside out, and stretching it, but not enough so it can break. Gunner had started a fire earlier, so it's really warm in their living room. It's about 7 right now.
"So, you go to Southside High, correct?" Gunner asks.
I nod, "Yeah." He nods. I look back down at Luci and realize that she had dropped my hat. I kneel down and pick it up. I put it on the coffee table. I'm not sure if they know that there are drug dealers on the southside, but I hope that if they do know it doesn't bother them too much. It doesn't bother me. I give Luci back to him and put my hat back on.
"Well, we should get going. It's getting rather late," [Y/N] says, standing up.
"Yeah, it was good to see you," Rose says, and they hug. I stand up too.
"Nice meeting you," I say.
"Yeah, same to you. You guys can stop by whenever you need," he says, taking Luci into the other room.
"Thanks," [Y/N] says. "I'll see you later," she smiles at Rose.
"Thanks for having us," I say.
"It's no problem," Rose says, opening the door. We both walk out and I get into the driver's seat, while [Y/N]'s in the passengers. I start the car and back out of the driveway.
I look over at her, "Want to spend the night at my place tonight?"
"Sure," she smiles. I drive to the trailer park. I get out and open the door for her. She laughs and looks down. I know that she doesn't like it when I do that, but I did it anyway. I smirk and walk in after her. She stretches, and I put my hands on her hip. She gets startled and quickly turns around. We both laugh and I lean in and kiss her. I pull away after a couple seconds. "Is everything okay? Did Rose say something to you when you were making dinner?" She sighs.
"What? No, she didn't. Nothing bad about me."
She chuckles, "Okay."
"But, she did tell me one thing," I lead her to the couch.
"What is it?"
"She just asked me to make sure that people were treating you good at school or something."
"Oh. I didn't know that she was that worried about me."
I shrug, "Sister's thing I guess. But, she also told me that.." I pause.
"What?" She looks at me with a concerned face.
"She told me that you went through a tough time in middle school." She sighs and looks down. "Why didn't you tell me?" I pull her a little closer to me and she leans on my chest.
"I..I don't know. I just didn't think that it was that important."
"I care about you, you know that right?"
"Of course I do. I just..I thought that it was all in the past, which it is, but I don't know. There was just never a really good time to bring it up. I wasn't really planning on talking to you about it."
I kiss her head, "You can tell me anything."
She gets more comfortable on my chest, "Thank you."
"You're welcome." There's a little moment of silence between us, which isn't really awkward, to be honest. "So, what do you want to do?"
She shrugs, "Watch TV?"
"Sure." I get the remote from the left of me and turn the TV on. We watch a [favorite movie].
"Oh, I love this movie," she laughs.
"I know you do," I smile. She smiles and leans her head on my shoulder. About an hour and a half pass of watching the movie and eating popcorn. [Y/N] fell asleep on my lap. I smile and check my phone. I scroll through social media a little bit and read. About a half an hour, I slowly lift her up. She barely wakes up. I carry her and bring her to my bed. I set her down and she pulls the covers over her head. I smile and crawl into bed next to her. She turns around so we're face to face. She kisses me and I kiss back. I put my arm around her and pull her close to me. We keep kissing for a little bit, and then she pulls away. "Goodnight," I say.
"Goodnight," she whispers. She closes her eyes and falls asleep again. I fall asleep a little bit after that.

FanfictionSuch a bad title I know. This is the sequel to 'The Diner.' I could've continued on that book, but I felt like I had too many chapters.
