School got out early today, just because it's the last day before break. I walk around and look for Betty to give her her necklace. The halls are pretty much empty. I go into the Blue and Gold and she's talking with Jughead.

"Hey," I say, closing the door.

"Hey, I was just leaving," Betty says, grabbing her backpack.

"Oh, are you sure?"

"Yeah, yeah. My mom wants me back at the house for something. I'll see you guys later." She smiles and walks out the door. I turn to Jughead and raise my eyebrows.

"We just talked, about what happened," he nods.

"That's good, did you guys make up?" I walk around the table.

"Kind of, I think." He tilts his head. "I mostly just stuck around for you, though."

I lightly chuckle, "Why?"

"I got you this," he holds out a small box. I already know what this is, some type of jewelry. I grin and look down at the box. "Open it," he says.

I start unwrapping the box, and then open it. There's a silver heart, similar to Betty's... It has '[F/I]+J' on it. "Oh.." I study it. In the corner of my eye, I can see him smiling. "Jughead..it's beautiful." I look up at him. "Did...did you have it-"

"-I had it made. For us."

I look up at him and smile. I look back down and look at it some more. The light from the window reflects off of it, making it sparkle. I look back up and hug him. "Thank you.." I whisper.

He hugs back. "You're welcome." After a little I pull away. "Want me to put it on for you?"

I nod, "Yes, please." I give it to him. I turn around, and he puts it around my neck. He finishes and I turn back around to face him. I look at it on my neck. "It really is beautiful. Thank you." I smile. He smiles, too.

"You know," he looks to the side, "I never did get that kiss from this morning." He slightly smirks at me.

"Oh," I raise an eyebrow.

We smile and he puts his hands on my waist. I cup his face and kiss him. We're interrupted by someone knocking on the door twice. He quickly pulls away. The door opens and Archie comes in. Deja Vu. I don't think that he thought we were doing anything, fortunately. Jughead looks slightly annoyed. It's cute.

I clear my throat, "Arch, hey."

"Hey, um..I just wanted to talk to you about something," he puts his hands behind his back.

"And, that's my cue to leave," Jughead picks up his bag. I give him a 'seriously' face. "Don't worry. I have to talk to my dad about the Serpents anyways." He pecks me on the forehead. I close my eyes and grin. "I'll see you later." He walks towards the door. He pats Archie twice on the shoulder and then leaves.

"So, what's up?" I ask.

"Veronica told me that your parents aren't coming for Christmas?" He looks at me with concern. I sigh and look to the side. "How come you didn't tell anyone?"

I shrug, "I didn't feel like it was a big deal."

He looks to the side and thinks for a second. "Yeah..I guess it's not, huge. But I just don't like, want you to spend Christmas alone."

"I won't."

"Then who are you spending it with?"

He caught me. I mean, I could tell him that I'm spending it with Rose because he doesn't even know who that is. "I..." I pause. I can't lie to him. There are too many secrets in this town. I sigh and look down again, "No one."
